  I finished a relatively large reno project with Marrokal in November 2024. Marrokal had promised on numerous occasions that their warranty was a differentiator between them and other design/build firms. They had a chance to prove it recently when there was an issue with the flooring in the powder room. Rather than argue about whether the wood flooring discoloration was a product defect, or owner caused, or expected wear and tear, or that it was a month or two past their warranty period, they just did the repairs. Frank and his Marrokal service team were very organized and quickly arranged for repairs to be made which involved removing wood flooring and plumbing fixtures and reinstalling both. I was very impressed at the way the service was handled. I initially called the project mgr that handled the original job but he no longer worked at marrokal. Rather than that being a dead end i received a call back to the message i left within a day or two from another PM. He arranged for my ticket to be handled by Frank's team and in very short order the warranty work was completed. The process was stress free and extremely organized. Frank came by himself to inspect the completed work and to make certain i was satisfied with the repairs. I received great service and an example of a company making good in its promises of customer satisfaction and standing by their work.

  We are thrilled with our new kitchen and family room remodel. Frank, our project manager, was the driving force behind the project—on top of every detail, every day, and truly the person who made it all come together. Steven Mark is exceptionally talented, and he and the design team delivered creative, well-conceived plans that Marrokal brought to life. Building projects are complex and inevitably involve challenges, which is why the integrity of the company and people you choose matters most. Marrokal earns top marks across the board.

  Oh my Gosh! This is the 2nd time we have used Marrokal and this time it was even better....What a team they have! They re-did our second floor outside deck and added wrought iron railings...all the work was done ON TIME and completed for the price stated. We just can't cay enough good things about their work! Marrokal needs to clone both Casey and Frank, they represent Marrokal SO WELL...We are happy to share our experience with you (readers)...you will be SO Happy with Marrokal, especially if you happen to have either or both Casey and Frank as your job supervisor(s)...We WILL use them again, when and if needed in the Future!
