  Ordered a vanity in Nov. and received in June. The vanity was damaged. When I called, I told the person the issue and was put on hold for 24 minutes, until the call was dropped. I called again and was able to get a replacement shipment within 3 days. That's the good news. I was told the trucking company would contact me in 2-3 days to schedule pick up. After several days I called again and was told they were not picking it up and I was to dispose of the vanity myself. I asked for an email confirming this. I never received the email. I will avoid doing business with them again.

  Very un-helpful. I called before I went and asked if they stocked the kind of thing I was looking for. They said yes. But when I got there, the guy told me they didn't stock that kind of thing. Also, Google maps told me they opened at 6:00 AM, but when I got there, around 9:00 AM, there was a sign on the door that said they opened at 10:00 AM.
