  We bought a gas insert fire place and had trouble understanding how to use it. We needed help operating it twice (the first time they changed out something). The second time we just needed support and they sent out JP to the rescue! We got it going and are happy to have the fire and the heat! Thanks for being responsive and helpful Lee!

  I am extremely pleased with the service, product and price that I received at Farrell's Miramar. Michael was courteous and very informative and when I had purchased something that I ultimately didn't use, I received a full refund with no hassle. Highly recommend Farrell's Miramar!
