  The absolute best team! It started with Serg coming out to assess our A/C needs. He arrived right on time, was quick and efficient, and explained exactly what we needed in a way that was easy to understand. We booked our heat pump A/C installation for yesterday, and Paul and Eric worked their tails off! They were professional, EXTREMELY knowledgeable, and just incredible. I was honestly in awe of how hard they worked and how much care they put into the installation. 10 stars for this team! The company has also been fantastic with communication from start to finish. Overall, we had the best experience and couldn’t be happier. We’re SO thankful to finally have some relief from this hot and humid San Diego weather! Highly recommend!

  The installation crew was very professional and friendly. They answered all my questions throughout the scheduling and installation process. I would definitely refer EZ Breezy to other customers in need of heating and air updates.

  I am so impressed and honestly touched at how authentically each member of the team we worked with actually put in the effort to help us when our air went out during an incredibly hot weekend. Even though they were booked up like everyone else we called, the scheduling girl Elo, called around and one technician agreed to stop by on his way home to see what the problem was. This was on a Friday. EVERYONE else we called didn’t have appointments until Tuesday at the earliest. Once he found what was wrong, they researched it and said ours was still on a warranty (which I wouldn’t have even known to look) and they went to work trying to find the elusive part we needed. The technician once again squeezed us in between two of his appointments so we didn’t have to wait. The repair/billing administrator was so awesome too, bending over backwards to help, patient with me as I asked a million questions. I was just so impressed by the whole experience especially bc customer service seems to be lacking EVERYWHERE with EVERYTHING. This was a breath of fresh (and cool) air ☺️🙌🏼

  I am updating my previous review. After my initial complaint about over charges of the job, the owner contacted me promptly. They listened to my concerns, explained the detail of charges and finally fixed the issue. I appreciate the owner Ed stepping up to fix the mistake and making things right. The most important is the customer service and the trust/confidence Ed gave me through our conversation. While the initial billing issue was frustrating, their customer service in resolving it was professional. Feel the passion of the owner on HVAC work. Recommend for anybody!

  Thorough and very professional. The technicians did an excellent job installing our heat pump and split vent where we wanted it. The outside routing was done well. I appreciated EZ Breezy efforts in working with my budget.
