  Fantastic experience with EZ Breezy! Frantic to find and install AC asap in a heat wave, we found EZ through its nearly 600 five-star reviews. Sergei came two days later, quickly determined the best solution for our 2-bedroom condo, and got us a written estimate just hours later. Installation was less than a week later. Andrei coordinated our installation with help from Yelisei and Tony. Paul provided plumbing support when our drains were not where they were supposed to be. EZ Breezy's knowledgeable and efficient team worked from 8am to 8pm on a Saturday which was the hottest day yet in Coronado - 102°F! They finished all the interior work and Andrei returned on Sunday to hook the compressor up and complete the wiring. Throughout, everyone was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Andrei clearly communicated to us what they were doing and why. He skillfully solved several issues which arose with the drains and was able to call on EZ's own plumber for assistance. We are thrilled with our new minisplit AC system and with the responsive way in which the entire team at EZ Breezy handled our installation. Special kudos to Andrei for managing the installation and cleanup - our condo was spotless when the project was completed!

  Serg was great He came out and deduced the problem that another tech missed. He was able to find the leak in the AC which the previous technician missed. He came back two days later efficiently repaired the leak and got my system operating at full throttle at a very fair price Thank you so much for your professionalism expertise and integrity.

  We had come back from a trip and we saw some issues with our a/c not cooling one zone. We called EZ breezy and John who answered the call asked me change the air filters and shut the a/c at the circuit board wait 10 minutes and turn it back again. I did that and scheduled an appointment. Serg was my technician and was awesome he checked the dampers and all zones and checked the unit in the attic. He said unit was working fine. He didnt charge me for the diagnosis as everything was working fine. I will not hesitate to call John and Serg again for my hvac needs. Great people.

  Serge, the HVAC technician that worked on our air conditioner was very pleasant & professional. I explained the problem and he got to work. He did not see the cause at first, but he asked to hear a clip of the noise, remembering I had mentioned, as he had listened carefully! He looked again and did not think it was possible to access it without a very long & involved procedure and another appt. He kept at it and quickly found a way to secure and stop the loud noise!!! Serge is very knowledgeable in this field, and lucky for me, persistent!!! From my experience I would not hesitate to recommend this company and of course Serge! Well done. Thanks!

  EZ Breezy installed a new AC Pro variable speed air handler and variable speed heat pump to replace my 38+ year old HVAC system. Customer service was outstanding both before the sale and after. The technician who first came out to assess my old system (Serg K.) was thorough, explained what was going wrong and what the options going forward were. There was no pressure to choose to replace the old system; I was just given an honest assessment of my system and the options I had. After obtaining assessments and estimates from 3 other companies, I choose EZ Breezy because of the excellent customer service, demonstrated professional knowledge, exceptional communication, and fair price - they were not the absolute cheapest, but they earned my confidence much more than the other companies providing estimates. Installation was completed in 1 day - including the addition of a new condensate line. The installation technicians (Alex Sharov & another whose name I've forgotten) were very detail oriented, courteous and spent time to patiently answer my many questions. The day after installation, I noticed that the system was not turning off the air handler after the set temperature was reached - the air handler was just running 24 hours a day at the same speed. When I called EZ Breezy, they were quick to reach out to the manufacturer to try and find a solution to my problem. Serg came out 1 day later and worked with the manufacturer over the phone to diagnose the issue and find a solution. Although the AC Pro technician thought that this was normal operation for the system - despite being in contradiction to the operating manual - Serg continued to assess possible causes and solutions after the AC Pro technician had hung up. After a detailed review of the installation, Serg put the system through its paces, forcing the air handler to operate at different speeds by changing the set temperature to extremely low and then to near the current temperature. This was the first time in 2 days that I had observed the air handler's speed change! After doing this, the system began working as expected and the air handler shut off when the set temperature was reached. He explained several reasons for what could have happened, but what really mattered to me was that the system was fixed and operating as expected. I am extremely grateful for the expertise of all the EZ Breezy technicians and also to Ed Akel who worked outside normal hours to ensure that my concerns were addressed and that I was happy with the system that I purchased. The system is now working great and my wife and dogs are able to enjoy a cool home again. We look forward to a long working relationship with EZ Breezy. THANK YOU EZ BREEZY!!
