  Edward Dean went above & beyond the call of duty to quickly take care of a critical support beam replacement at my home. Edward, Kale, & Nikolas were very professional, pleasant, positive & respectful of my home & garden. They even constructed a bridge to protect my plants! Excellent communication throughout the process. Left the job site spotless when they were finished. I can't say enough about this company. They effortlessly took care of a very stressful situation. I plan on using Edward Dean for further work at my home.

  Edward Dean is my go-to for home improvement projects. Most recently he built a terrific redwood deck for us. Friendly, lots of ideas and honest. Highly recommend!

  Edward Dean and his team completed two projects for us and they were great every step of the way. We had a large deck added to the side of our house and a loft added in the garage. Edward and Brett are both very professional, intelligent, and responsible. They insisted on high quality work and materials and have extremely good communication. They are great! Book them if you can!

  Our dishwasher flooded our Kitchen recently, and we had Edward and his team rebuild our kitchen. Our dry out company had recommended another General Contractor, but we had nothing but problems with them. I found Edward Dean on Yelp and he was able to come right over to look at the job. He even made himself available when the Insurance Company Adjuster was over pointing out additional items that needed to be fixed and repaired. Edward was able to work with my wife and I to redesign our kitchen as well as to repair the damage from the flood / asbestos abatement. Edward's main carpenter Brett did a fabulous job with the cabinets. We liked their work so much we added a few additional jobs to to the project to replace some doors and door frames. We definitely would recommend Edward Dean Design and Build to anyone. We will definitely use them again for our next house remodel project.
