  I had previously given a one star review, I called because I had no cold water, the first time the technician showed up; he showed lack of professionalism by asking me weird questions and calling my dog a “chihuahua” in a taunting way. This is because I had explained that even though he was barking, he won’t hurt him (he is trained for protection) I felt uncomfortable but ignored it. There was a leak after that, and so he showed up again and did not knock the door and opened it, to which my dog launched at him, thankfully I did my dogs recall and the technician was safe. He proceeded to get upset and tell me to “BE CAREFUL WITH MY DOG” I explained he should’ve knocked and my dog was simply doing his job. I was incredibly startled and upset, to which I called to reschedule and the lady on the phone was dismissive and showed no care to what had happened. She proceeded to defend the technician (I’m sure he is great, but my very first impression of him was terrible). The technician proceeded to call my complex’s manager and give about 3-4 different stories as to why he just opened the door. The following day the complex’s manager called mentioning the one star review (because he called her and told her and I guess people from drain patrol did too), which is also incredibly unprofessional. At the end Sarah (manager, I believe) was incredibly polite and showed more professionalism and sent someone else, explaining yet another story from the technician as to why he has opened the door, and again defending him and his character. I believe it was all a big misunderstanding but I did not like how it was all handled. Overall I had a terrible experience, I am sure the technician is great but he messed up, something could’ve happened to him and I could’ve lost my dog.

  I was a little concerned when a woman called from Drain Patrol a little before clout scheduled time and said Alex would be arriving in 20 to 30 minutes and he arrived on time. What concerned me is that he arrived without wearing a company uniform and he was working from a pickup truck that did not have any signage identifying Drain Patrol. He understood our clogged toilet well and he said he had to go out to his truck and he was out there a long time and then came back and said he had worked all weekend and was working to find something he needed so he could clear our drain. He finally came and worked on our toilet and he got the toilet so it could flush pretty well. He recommended replacing the toilet and said he would call our property manager and let the property manager that he recommended replacing the toilet and he never gave us any paperwork with his recommendation. I recommend all employees of Drain Patrol wear uniforms that state Drain Patrol and drive a truck or van just is identified and painted that says Drain Patrol. Although Drain Patrol was being paid by ou project petty manager Alex should have left us a paperwork that explained what he did and what he recommended so we could have signed and we never heard back from Drain Oatrol when they are going o replace our toilet. We did not pay anything for he service because our property manager was paying, but the toilet flushes well enough and Alex said he recommended it needs replacing and nobody from Drain Patrol called us to tell us when to call will be replaced

  Initially, I had a frustrating experience with Drain Patrol. They repeatedly rescheduled and failed to show up for a water leak repair, promising calls 30 minutes before arrival and then canceling with excuses like being "too busy" or needing a "special technician." It was inconvenient, as I took time off work. After posting my original review, the owner personally apologized, and they promptly sent a technician the next day who fixed the leaking pipe in the wall professionally. I appreciate their effort to make it right, and I’m open to using them again in the future.

  They didnt show up and didn't even call to say they weren't coming. I called the office and they added the time frame for another 3 hours later. Apparently they expect their customers to wait all day till they can make time instead of scheduling appropriately. Unless you have an open schedule, not in a rush and want to wait for someone to show up then don't bother with this place.

  Horrible Service did not even show up. Waited around from 9am -530pm. Use any other service but this one. I set up an appointment for December 1st to unclog a kitchen sink. The service was supposed to be between 9am-12pm. At 12pm no one was here with 0 response from Drain Patrol. At 12:30 I was able to call dispatch who then said it would be later in the afternoon around 230-3pm. 3pm then comes around with no response from the company. They keep pushing the time back over and over again. I had to stay home from work all day with no response. By 5pm I call and finally receive notice that they are probably on the way and would be here in 30min. At this point i talked to the customer service manager who refused to acknowledge that I had stayed home from work all day just to get a drain unclogged as planned and refused any discount. Drain Patrol was completely irresponsible with 0 communication and had me waiting around all day from 9am - 530pm.
