Want to support local business but shopping here is such a chore. Just take my money!
Every checkout requires like some sort of elaborate paper invoice and takes forever. Every other retailer has a simple checkout with tap to pay. It's like stuck in the 1980s.
Every customer seems to have some sort of unique exception at the checkout which makes it impossible to get your stuff and leave.
Returns are also absurdly cumbersome.
I can go and do 2 separate trips to Home Depot or Ace in the time it takes to do one at Dixieline.
