We are very happy with the results of the job performed by Carpet Tile & Flooring Depot. Our new floors look and feel incredible. The office and operations team were professional and accommodating throughout the entirety of the process. In addition to removal of the old floor and installation of the new material, they also removed and patched out fireplace, patched holes in our ceiling, painted, and installed baseboards. The team was prompt, efficient, and with attention to detail. Would highly recommend them for anyone considering flooring or general contractor needs. We will be using them again in the future for any additional projects.

Julia Roberts helped us throughout the entire process, from selecting the product to reviewing costs, discussing lead times, placing the order, and coordinating delivery. She maintained a highly professional demeanor while remaining warm and approachable, which made the entire experience both comfortable and reassuring.

My experience with this place is very bad, they did not do a good job while doing my flooring. Initial quote was revised and increased 2 times citing incorrect measurements although measurements were taken at my home before hand by them. They took almost 1 month to finish the flooring. There installers were not skilled and there are multiple places where finishing is very bad and when told to fix it they start giving lame excuses. No responsibility was taken for the delay in installation of floor. They scrapped and dent my house on multiple places. All the materials they supplied were given on a markup prices. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

We had new carpet and LVP for our entire condo installed. The entire process was very smooth and all my questions were answered by Julia and Tony. The folks that did the installation worked hard and were professional and polite. I would hire this company again, no question. We are very happy!

Could not be any happier with our kitchen remodel!! The store(s) has a plethora of selections for quality materials to design our home to our liking. The installers/workers are not only experienced, skilled & professional, but the attention to detail is what makes them our #1 choice for future upgrades in our home. A million thanks CTFD!!!!!
