Julia was absolutely amazing in helping us select the perfect tiles in-store. She was incredibly responsive and customer-oriented, always going the extra mile to make sure we were happy with our choices. She promptly arranged samples whenever we requested them which made the decision process so much easier. What impressed me most was her quick and thoughtful responses every time I texted her , no matter the time, she was always ready to assist. Julia truly delivers exceptional service and I can confidently say she is the best at what she does. Highly recommended!

From the time we walked into the Moreno Blvd showroom on a Sunday until project completion, we have been delighted with every aspect of our CTFD experience. Elizabeth took us through the selection process, both material and product color. Anthony came out very soon after to measure. But he did more than that. He advised us on what would be done, set expectations on work time, answered all our questions. On the Monday work started Tony, one of the partners showed up on site. Ours was a small project yet he treated us as if it was the most important one. Day 1 was demolition day. The team of Hilario and Ricardo put up a lot of plastic sheeting and tape to minimize the effect of the dust particles from the jackhammering. They worked late and made sure the work place was clean when they left. Days 2 & 3 were devoted to installation and finish work. We’re very pleased with the work done by Arturo and Josh. By the end of day 3, work was completed, project area cleaned, extra materials stowed in our attic, and all debris removed. Start to finish, a great experience. I should also mention that our job required the removal and reinstallation of two toilets, several doors, plus a washer and dryer. Very professionally done.

We could not be happier with our experience with Carpet Tile & Flooring Depot, inc and the kitchen remodel they completed for us. From beginning to end, Tony and his team were fantastic to work with. What impressed us most was how smoothly the entire project moved. The crew showed up when expected, the work progressed quickly, the quality of the workmanship was excellent, and the project stayed within our budget. Their pricing was also very reasonable, particularly considering the quality of the work and the level of service we received. Our home was built in 1931, and one of the things that was important to us was preserving some of its original character while updating the kitchen that works for the way we live today. We have original built-in breakfast nook hutches that we definitely wanted to keep. Tony and his team refinished and painted them to coordinate beautifully with the new cabinetry, rather than simply replacing something that had been part of the house for nearly 100 years. Tony also suggested using the same countertop throughout the kitchen in the original built-in hutches. We hadn't originally envisioned doing that, but it turned out to be one of the best decisions of the remodel. It tied the old and new cabinetry together beautifully and made the breakfast nook feel like an intentional part of the new kitchen while still retaining the character of the original 1931 built-ins. We absolutely love how it turned out. Like most remodeling projects, our plans evolved as the work progressed. We made a number of changes along the way, and Tony was incredibly flexible and accommodating. Rather than making changes feel like a problem, he worked with us to find the best solution, made thoughtful suggestions, and kept everything moving forward. We never felt pressured or rushed, and we really appreciated having someone who listened to what we wanted while also offering practical ideas based on his experience. The people working in our home were professional, courteous, and clearly took pride in their work. The attention to detail shows throughout the finished kitchen, and the result is even better than we envisioned when we started. Remodeling can be stressful, but Tony and Carpet Tile & Flooring Depot made this a remarkably positive experience. They were responsive, dependable, flexible, fairly priced, and genuinely interested in making sure we were happy with the finished project. We would absolutely use them again and would recommend Tony and his team without hesitation. Five stars, very well deserved.
