Was having an issue, and the tech was able to diagnose and repair it on his first visit in under an hour for only $90. A great deal. They were running a bit behind schedule and didn't let us know proactively, so keep that possibility in mind as always. The tech they sent was smart and friendly and seemed to be good at his job.

- DMDaniel MelitaAug 6, 20263.0Let me start with the good: the tech who came out was sharp, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. Everything below is about the company, not him. I paid $1,000 for a diagnostic. The work order said clean the units. What “cleaning” meant in practice was dusting a filter and then handing me a list of everything wrong and a quote to fix it. So a thousand dollars bought me a diagnosis and nothing else. That quote: $933 per mini split to clean them, and over $7,000 for most of what my facility needed. I turned it down and hired another company, which completed the entire job for about a third of the price. Same work, same result, and no four-figure fee to be told what was wrong in the first place. If you’re considering this company, get a competing quote before you agree to anything, including the diagnostic. The number you’re shown may have very little to do with what the work actually costs. Three stars, and every one of them belongs to the technician.
