  They attended to me right away to schedule an appointment same day. Brandon completed the service assessment, gave me full details of expectations and a proposal outlining full details and expectations. Installation was completed same day. Great service over all, would recommend highly without hesitation.

  Found my water heater leaking all over the garage, turned out it was beyond repair and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was able to replace the same day. Brandon (plumber) was very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. As we were waiting for the water to drain from the old tank, I expressed concerns about my water pressure possibly too high, causing bathroom faucet to leak; he performed a courtesy check of my water pressure and confirmed it was too high. Despite Brandon having a long day, he had an uplifting spirit and worked tirelessly to swap the tank. Will definitely ask for Brandon by name for the next job.
