  Tyler came to look at my project for rerouting hot water pipe. Very professional and knowledgeable. He explained in detail all the things that needed to be done including the materials that would be used. Don't know if we will use him yet, since we are still getting more quotes. But I would have no hesitation in contracting him and Benjamin Franklin plumbing. I'll update this review if we decide to go with him.

  Highly recommend! Tyler at Benjamin Franklin plumbing did an incredible job installing our bathroom vanity. The job required some creativity to get from 1 sink to 2, and he helped troubleshoot to make that happen without having to do major rerouting of the pipes within our walls. Not only that, he was quickly responsive and helpful when there was a minor leak from an area unrelated to his original work. He ultimately stopped by again to fix it for us when he couldn’t talk me through it over the phone, and also checked in later to see that it was still working. Really appreciative of his knowledge and time! Thank you again Tyler and would recommend his work to anyone!

  Benjamin Franklin Plumbing services is Top Notch! I gave them a call . They sent a technician out right away, and he was awesome! Tyler not only helped me with my plumbing issue. He provided education on the subject which help make me at ease with the entire proces- super important 100 % recommend Benjamin Franklin for any plumbing needs. There service has made me a loyal customer because I know I will get support I need with no bs!

  Tyler did an amazing job flushing our water heater! He was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. He explained that water heaters should be flushed once a year and that going too long without maintenance can cause significant sediment buildup and potential damage! I had no idea! Tyler arrived on time, was polite and honest, and even insisted on wearing shoe covers to protect our home. I’m so thankful for all the helpful information he provided and for getting our water heater properly maintained. Next on our list is definitely the water softener treatment they offer. Living in San Diego, we so need it!! Thank you, Tyler and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, for the excellent service!
