  Tyler from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came out for a tankless smart toilet that wasn't flushing properly. Rather than guessing, he actually tested the system — measured pressure at the outside tap, then ran the tub and another faucet and showed me it dropped from 70 psi all the way down to 30. That traced it back to a failing pressure regulating valve on the main, which was starving the whole house, not just the toilet. He explained everything clearly and never made me feel rushed. Thorough, honest, and knows what he's doing. Highly recommend.

  Brandon arrive early and worked extremely hard to solve the problems that became evident with my ancient garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. The issues were manfold and as each was uncovered, Brandon attacked it with skill and proficiency. While the cost of the work was higher than I had expected, the job was much more complicated than I could have imagined. There is no way that I could have completed the tasks at hand - so it was well worth the price. I now have a beautiful new faucet and a shiny red disposal - both of which actually work!! Thank you Brandon for your hard work. It is much appreciated!!!!!
