I called to get my main pipe snaked and couldn't be happier with the experience. They showed up on time and got straight to work — no messing around. You could tell right away they really knew their stuff — they quickly diagnosed the issue and clearly had a ton of experience with this kind of job. What I really appreciated was how clearly they explained what was going on with the pipe and what they were doing to fix it, no confusing jargon. The job was done quickly and done right. On top of that, the price was very reasonable. Will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Ava’s Plumbing. Mikey and Eddie were fantastic from start to finish. They were incredibly communicative, responsible, and efficient throughout the entire process. They repiped the gas line for my entire house and did the job flawlessly while working quickly and professionally. What really stood out was their honesty, skill, and customer service. Everything was explained clearly, the work was done right, and the pricing was very reasonable for such a major job. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time (or money) with big companies like Bill Howe that charge an arm and a leg for the same work. Ava’s Plumbing delivers top-quality craftsmanship, fair pricing, and outstanding service. I highly recommend Mikey, Eddie, and the whole team at Ava’s Plumbing.

Had a semi-emergency situation called them and got scheduled two days out because it was a holiday weekend. However, they called me back and let me know someone was actually immediately available (likely decided to take a job on his holiday). They let me know it was overtime pricing but it still felt reasonable given the immediate response. Mikey called me to figure out what the issue was (main line backup and flooded sink), told me what he expected needed to be done and how long it usually takes him. He worked quickly and resolved all our issues. He explained everything while working, and as a bonus he talked to me about their process for a future big project my family is thinking of doing. All to say, would trust them with other jobs and really enjoyed the experience.
