  Being an ASI Rewards member, I recently scheduled the annual A/C inspection last May 15. ASI Tech Salvador Morales did a very thorough inspection and maintenance of the A/C unit. He was patient and explained in detail the procedures involved during the inspection and maintenance process. Overall a very knowledgeable, respectful and professional technician!

  My A/C would not turn on. I called ASI the next day and was impressed that they were able to send someone out the same day. The technician sent was Jesus C. The issue was somewhat tricky because it had to do partially with my bathroom drain being clogged. Jesus did an excellent job finding the issue and resolving it to my satisfaction. He went above and beyond by clearing my clogged drain which was preventing the A/C from turning on. I also appreciated Jesus pleasant demeanor.

  Brandon Fowler arrived within the scheduled time frame to assess a shower faucet assembly replacement project I was doing. He quickly confirmed that to do what I wanted would require replacing the valve system installed behind the shower wall. He provided a quote for the job which I thought was reasonable. He was able to schedule the job within a few days. While he was here he also gave me advice on some unrelated questions I had about plumbing modifications or fixes in other areas of our home. Throughout his time here he was consistently easy to talk with, courteous and straightforward.

  Evan Taylor was my technician for my water heater replacement quote. He is super professional and provided numerous options between a standard tank or upgrading to a tankless. He is thorough and doesn’t miss a thing. Only subtracting one start because overall, ASI is still very expensive despite the discounts. I ended up going to Home Depot and doing it myself for 1/5th the price.

  Chad Roed did an amazing job of fixing my pipe leak. Explained the problem to me and showed me pictures. He was nice and kept the house clean. I'm a DIY type person but the location of this leak was very difficult to get to. Price was reasonable for the work that was done. I would hire this company again. Thank you for your kindness and clean service.
