Discrimination at the lot level. AC failed. We asked Yelp to find us a HVAC company to repair. Went through a lenghty question and answer session with Anderson's BOT. Booked a $105.00 inspection even though most HVAC companies offer free diagnostics. Was asked if we lived in a Modular or Manufactured Home. We answered that we own a modular home. They said they only work on real homes. It's true, "Nobody wows them like they do."

Very knowledgeable and great communicator, Coleman quickly diagnosed the toilet bowl issue, an aged wax ring. The quote was not cheap, but labor and parts have risen over the last few years and it is to be expected. I used the online appointment system, secured a spot for Saturday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised that my technician could fit me in earlier in the morning. Answered a few related quirks and helped my make a plan for future upgrades and repairs. Couldn’t have done it myself, sure../ with the help of YouTube and Home Depot, I’m confident I would have gotten 80% there in twice the time..hire a pro-threats of water leaks are not a place to “learn” .

Dylan came in and did an outstanding job! At first it wasn’t obvious what the issue was, but he took his time and used his expertise and experience to figure out what the problem was. He presented me with several options and took time to explain them to me, which I really appreciated. Midway through the appointment he had to run out to get the new filter, but he was efficient in ordering it and getting it back here. He was still able to get the job done in the appointment window, which was really great. Most importantly, he cares about his work and does it at a high level. On a few occasions, he went the extra mile to get the best results possible, like adding caulk to seal stuff off. Great worker!! Thank you!!!

Spent $24k on a new ac/heat system with them a few weeks ago. It shut off after 4 days and we had to call them to send someone to repair it (issue with the pump they said). Then they fixed it and 4 days later, it shut off again (still and issue with the pump.) then 7 days later it shut off again. While they are responsive on repairs overall quality of work has been poor. Would not recommend. Update: they came out to repair it A THIRD time and it's broken again, 3 days later. This system has yet to work for more than 4 days in a row.

Our HVAC system needed full replacement after a leak in the attic, and while Anderson’s initial consultation appeared professional and competent, the actual execution was the opposite. What followed was a series of avoidable mistakes, property damage, and dismissive behavior that made this one of the worst home‑service experiences I’ve ever had. 1. Equipment Errors The technicians (James and Brandon) selected the wrong equipment three separate times. - They first arrived on Saturday, only to tell us they brought the wrong unit — pushing the installation to Tuesday, during a heat wave. - On Tuesday, we received another message: wrong equipment again. - When they finally arrived with what was supposedly the correct system, I was asked to photograph the serial/model numbers for my landlord. Within hours, the landlord confirmed the equipment was still not what was agreed upon in the contract. Three incorrect equipment selections is not a minor oversight — it reflects a serious lack of attention and internal coordination. 2. Damage to the Home Across the two days of installation, multiple areas of our home were damaged: - Dents in the stairwell walls - Chips and marks on the banister - Damage to the attic access ceiling Throughout the day, I repeatedly heard tools and equipment being dropped. The primary indoor technician, James, handled the space with little regard for the home he was working in. 3. Unprofessional Conduct Several interactions with James were dismissive or disrespectful: - When I pointed out the damage done on day one, he offered no acknowledgment or apology. - After a loud crash from the attic area, I asked if everything was okay. Both technicians froze and stayed silent. When I clarified that it sounded like something fell, James responded only with a curt “okay…” - Any time I asked a reasonable question or requested an update, James acted irritated — even saying “you keep asking me about this” when I asked about the roofing technician whose schedule had delayed the installation by a full day. If the roofing work was only related to heating (as James later claimed), then delaying the cooling installation for his schedule makes no sense. The explanations were inconsistent and delivered with an attitude that suggested my questions were an inconvenience. 4. Post‑Installation Failure Perhaps the most concerning part: after the second day of installation, the technicians claimed they had tested the cooling system and said everything looked good. Within one hour of running the AC, the attic opening began leaking again — this time in a different spot — and new drywall damage appeared that had not been there before. We had to shut off the AC again and wait for a senior technician to come out the next day to clean up the mess left behind. After days of delays, incorrect equipment, and damage to the home, this final failure made it clear the installation had not been done correctly. 5. Lack of Follow‑Through After the installation, I called Anderson and spoke with a dispatch manager who was apologetic and assured me someone would follow up. No one ever did. Overall The contrast between Anderson’s polished sales process and the actual service we received was stark. Wrong equipment three times, damage to the home, dismissive behavior, a failed installation that caused new leaks and drywall damage, and zero follow‑up from management make it impossible for me to recommend this company. Customers deserve competence, care, and respect — none of which were demonstrated here.
