  Jacob of ADS installed a new garage door motor for us and did so in a very fast and efficient manner. He also took the time to explain the workings of the new remotes. We are very happy with the quietness of the new motor, a Marantec.

  John from ADS was friendly and professional, and even came out for a free consultation on a holiday. He explained clearly what my old garage door system would need as far as repairs and replacements, and went above and beyond in making necessary modifications to the new garage door opener. He did not try to upsell me, which I appreciated. I would highly recommend.

It was a bummer when my garage door opener broke, but after contacting ADS, Soraya quickly diagnosed the issue, provided me with an estimate, and scheduled an appointment before I even had time to consider another option. The whole process was incredibly easy. What really stood out was everything that happened after that. The next day, I received a text confirming my appointment with a specific two-hour arrival window—not the typical "sometime between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m." that so many companies give. That made it easy for our family to plan our day. Before the technician arrived, I received a phone call letting me know he was on his way, followed by a text with his photo, a brief summary of his experience, and even a few personal details. I thought that was a great touch, especially because it gave my wife a familiar face to expect when he arrived. Our technician, John SanPaolo, was professional, friendly, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. To top it all off, he even left us a handwritten thank-you note before he left. I couldn't be more impressed with the customer service from beginning to end. In fact, because of this experience, I've already scheduled ADS to come back next week to repair my gate. That's how much confidence they've earned. I'll absolutely be recommending ADS to all of my friends and family, whether they need a repair or simply want to replace their garage door opener before they run into problems.   Jorge came to service our noisy garage door and was superb! He listened to my concerns and worked hard to adjust and lube it to reduce the noisy opening/closing of the door, which is below an Airbnb we rent out. He even got me a discounted service plan for routine care of it. He provided great customer service and listened to what my needs were. Highly recommend them!

  Art is by far the most competent and knowledgeable workman I have had the to pleasure to employ. He has cared for my finicky driveway gate for mor than 15 years. His work is impeccable. He is able to resolve problems that others could not do. I have never encountered any other repairman with his skills, pleasant demeanor, an intelligence in my 79 years of living (truthfully.only about 60 of those.brought me in touch with a wide variety of workmen.
