  STAY AWAY! I am beyond frustrated with this company. We originally used them through Costco, which made us feel more confident choosing them. When we requested maintenance, they showed up quickly and charged us $600. But the worst part? After they left, our AC stopped working. Our system is still under warranty, yet getting them to actually come and fix the problem has been a nightmare. They repeatedly schedule appointments, forcing us to stay home and wait for them—and then no one shows up. We have reached out to action air MORE THAN 7 TIMES so far. Either by email , text, speaking to call center , reaching out to a supervisor. It seems that nothing works. Last thing, I call them on a saturday at 7:00 pm about their technician that was supposed toi show up at 2:00 pm and they insist he is on his way at 7:00 pm and that we should wait for him !!!!!!! Unbelievable - and guess what , i did stay home all weekend waiting. Next step is filing a complaint to BBB. Meanwhile, we have been living without AC in 95°F to 101°F heat, waiting for this company to fix the very system they worked on. They have told us they have the part needed, so what exactly are we waiting for? Apparently, someone to actually show up and install it! I am now filing a complaint with Costco because this level of service is completely unacceptable. If you value your time, your money, and having a working AC during extreme heat, I would strongly recommend staying away from this company.

  The technician that they sent out named Oscar Was very professional knowledgeable and respectful. Also I appreciate his honesty ! Will use Action again if all their technicians are like Oscar !

  This company is severely understaffed. They will make you sign a contract then bail on your appointments and reschedule you multiple times because of callouts. We needed the AC fixed ASAP for a poorly ventilated baby room that is needed by the end of the month, which then got pushed to next year because of a single callout. The (only) customer service lady seems to be extremely overwhelmed with all of this falling on her. Extremely greedy and unprofessional of the management to not put a limit on appointments if they can’t meet demand/don’t want to hire a full team of techs. It’s like every company nowadays wants to scrape the bottom of the barrel and only hire the bare minimum while attempting to increase sales. Shame on these owners

  STAY AWAY! Terrible service. I did get a good service installing my AC 9 years ago. However, once my AC broke whole it is still in warranty. They disappeared - they wouldnt answer our calls or emails
