  We had an excellent experience working with RJ at Designer's Magic Flooring. He helped us pick out carpeting for the stairs of our new home. Luis and Alexander did an excellent job installing it. They were on time for our appointment and reviewed their work upon completion to make sure we were happy. They did a great job of cleaning up the area before they left. We love the new carpeting! We highly recommend Designer's Magic Flooring for excellent customer service, dependability, and workmanship.

  nightmare dmf poured concrete into our drain. lazy install. refused to accept responsibility for their errors. their insurance agent zachi a. said they had prior claims so they wanted to avoid new claim. my elderly mother has now been in a hotel with her companion animal for a weel while rj and his crack team hve destroyed her home. if he had his way we would be outnon the street. we have filed a complaint with cslb and will go after his corporate bond tomorrow. avoid vendor at all costs. you could easily lose your home. our $11k job is dwarfed by the repairs to date. #shameful

  Since we already had an experience with the Designer's Magic , we returned for a new carpet in our rental office. Again we received excellent service and quality workmanship We would highly recommend this business.
