  Bill Metzger Plumbing’s professional service made the process from making the appointment to informing us of their plumber’s imminent arrival was much appreciated. Brian impressed my husband with his knowledge, his responsiveness to questions, keeping him informed as to the job’s progress and his efficiency in getting the job done. Who ever says that they had a great plumbing experience? Hire Metzger and you will feel that way too!

  I had a drain overflow back into the house on a Sunday evening and I was lucky enough to find this plumbing company because they answered the phone while most businesses were closed. If you’ve had a plumbing emergency before you’ll know how intense the moment is of trying to clean up, prevent damage, and troubleshoot all at the same time. And the extra layer of researching who is worth your dime to avert your crisis. Metzger’s guys are worth your dime. We live in a condo building with poorly planned pipes and drains. Our plumber was James. Not only did he fix my drainage issue, but he also went with me to property management to explain where the builders skimped out. The issue was escalated to our HOA and now they’re asking for quotes from Bill Metzger to modify every unit in the association to compensate for the poor build. Our job required multiple visits. James arrived at the beginning of every appointment time window, cleaned up each time, and since I’m nosey explained to me the context to everything he was doing. Full walk-through of estimates for each service before beginning work and recommendations for aftercare. These guys are a small mom and pop company with only 9 vans, but after our meeting with property management I found out that everyone in OC knows them. They work insanely hard and really care about your customer experience. I would one thousand percent recommend these guys.

  Highly recommended. Don't waste your time shopping and looking for the cheaper price. Call these people. They're honest, cheap. That's in price.and they know what they're talking about.So I remember, if you pay a cheap price, you're going to end up paying twice.Because you're gonna have to hire someone that knows what they're doing to come, fix the job that the first person messed up. Thanks again for coming out. I'll be contacting you and then the next day or so

  It was easy to schedule, I called late in the day and they scheduled me for the next day. They confirmed with an email. I was alerted who they were sending with a picture of the plumber. They notified me when Kyle was on his way. He was on time even early! Kyle was great - friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He accessed and fixed the leak. He also checked water pressure for any possible issues. I highly recommend Bill Metzger Plumbing, this is the second time I have used them and was extremely satisfied with their service.

  Was originally very impressed with the thoroughness and quality of their communications ... timely and very clear. The technician, Jacob, was very professional and very knowledgeable and did fine work. Now the issue - Unfortunately, the follow through on my appointment was poor. I received a text with an appointment confirmation of the date (Thursday) and service time window (Noon - 4pm). I sent a text to the company at 5pm and inquired about the status of my appointment since I hadn't heard anything. I received a phone call within 5 minutes of sending my text. The gentleman apologized for the no show and offered to send someone out the next morning (Friday) between 8am and 10am. I explained that we had a scheduled commitment at 10:30 and he said they'd would put me first on the list, which I very much appreciated. Expecting the technician to show up at 8:00, I sent a text at 8:30 inquiring the status. Received a response that they'd need to contact the technician. The technician Jacob, arrived at 9:15. Jacob was very apologetic and stated that no one instructed him to place us first on the list. He also stated that we were not on his schedule for the day before (Thursday). In conclusion, I was very impressed with Jacob and his work product. Attention is needed to close the gaps in the work process communications. They definitely need to be addressed.
