  5 star service star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!! Prompt , efficient and courteous and professional plumbers like Diego. I called on Mothers Day ; expecting to leave an emergency message with an answering service. The Owner ; Bill, actually answered the phone ! He was so cordial and kind . I apologized for calling so early on Mother’s Day; but Bill indicated he was having his morning coffee. He dispatched Diego to our home within a few hours . I indicated that I was from the Midwest and plumbers dispatched on a Sunday, charged double time and a half : MINIMUM!! This was on Mothers Day…I expected a triple charge . Bill old me he gave up on overcharging for emergency plumbing needs long ago 🙏. I was absolutely stunned 😳! What a Guy…What an excellent plumbing business. Now I know why he’s been in business over 30 years !! Our plumbing problems were solved and I singing their praises today .

  I'm a tenant and these guys came out to my house. There are three toilets in the house that don't flush and the sinks were backing up periods not my house and not my decision As to what to do and not do to fix these things so these guys came up with some cockamamie idea that we need to scope underneath the house with a camera which was like $350 or something and then we'll do a deep dive under the house and do some sort of a clean up way deep underneath the house. They did not bother to snake the toilets to see if that would work of course because This was more expensive. Anyway the landlord who's out of town agreed and basically got ripped off of $700 period from my perspective as the tenant I called up with three blocked toilets and two to three sinks that were draining slowly and the idea was when these guys left those toilets would be unclogged and the sinks would drain and guess what All three toilets are still clogged and the sinks are still draining slowly so as the complete waste of money and I am going to say that my landlord got ripped off there's no other way to word it. The landlord is unwilling to send anyone else back now because he spent a whopping 700 bucks for nothing and I don't blame him. I would not use these guys. My single experience with them is enough and my story to have you use Extreme caution in regards to any dealings with them as a 5 year old child would know that you first start with the simplest solution which is to snake the toilets superficially rather than do a deep Dive to see if there's any obstructions period of course there wasn't and a simple snaking of the toilets would have worked so that tells you all you need to know about these guys

  I have used this company for both my home and my business and they are on time. They are polite and lovely to work with, both on the phone, and the tech onsite. They are tidy and clean up after themselves. They also take photos of they issues, discuss and share them in great detail and there are no hidden fees. Best plumber I have had to work with and will continue to work with them for any of my future needs.

  What’s NOT to say but a giant THANK YOU again to the owner himself BILL for answering the phone when I called this morning needing help with a pinhole leak that stated last night -so we had no water last night and today until it was to be fixed. I have a home warranty but using them is useless in times like this , they make you wait for days to come out and personally I like to shower and my 80 year old mom who is sick needs her toilet even more then me so 3-5 days to get turned in would not work for any of us . So Bill was one of rte few plumbers working on this day the day that I called , he gave me a reasonable quote over the phone which I really appreciated . Fabian came out and did the work to repair this pin hole leak that was a bit crazy but Fabian got it done . Thank you very much to BILL for being so kind and not gouging me me thank you Fabian for all your hard work , sorry you got wet from the pipe as well I for sure want people to know of YOUR NAME - BILL METZER WHEN THEY THINK ABOUT LOOKING FOR A PLUMBER!! -AND FABIAN -you killed it !! We have water 💦
