  I can't recommend this company or their Technician, Shayn more strongly! I received very prompt, professional service and a ton of great advice. Even though I need to do a little more prep, before they can complete an install to fix my issue with the shower valve. Shayn spent a tremendous amount of time with me making sure I understood all of my options and was very generous with his knowledge and really ensured that I did not overspend to fix my problem. I would recommend this company and Shayn to anyone looking for exceptional service!!

  Jaime, Shayn and Todd have all been great! They are very professional, activley communicate, show up on time and have remained patient through the inevitable challenges that come with projects like ours. Reliabilty matters and we chose them because their price was competitive, they followed up and clearly explained the details and processes required to complete this job correctly.

  We met Jaime and Shayne at the San Clemente Fiesta and learned about the Halo 5 soft water system. We liked them so we set up a home visit. Todd came out and inspected our home. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Since we felt comfortable with him and we liked the price, we decided to go with Benjamin Franklin to install the system. Todd showed up on time today and installed the system. He ran through it with me so I understand what I need to do and how it works. We are very happy with the service Todd provided, as well as with Jaime’s follow through. We will use them again for our plumbing needs.

  If I could give 10 stars I would to Shayn Thomas at Ben. Franklin Plumbing! We have valued his excellence & reliable, honest work for many years now and would trust him with any job big or small. You can tell by his craftsmanship that he genuinely enjoys what he does and takes pride in it! He will get what you need done with quality work that lasts! Unlike others who will overcharge you for cheap work that never lasts. Thank you for all that you do, Shayn!!!

  Todd and his Crew are awesome. We had a waterline break and they did an excellent job from start to finish. They responded quickly, explained everything clearly and worked efficiently to get the problem fixed. Their professionalism attention to detail and quality workmanship gave me peace of mind during the stressful situation. They left the area clean and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and skilled plumbers.
