  We had this tile installed about 2-yr ago. The grout is uneven, the tiles not well spaced or even in many places- told "that's just what happens with this type of tile". The tiles started to pop out of the floor after about a week. Their team installed an incorrect baseboard, not what was agreed upon when we worked on the details with their rep/consultant. After an original complaint direct to Wally's, they sent the same installers out and "repaired" it. Another incorrect baseboard installed. A shoddy grout repair job. We decided not to deal with them again and have been dealing with a sore sight, loose grout chunks, and more tiles popping out ever since. Definitely not recommended for anything other than the job you could do yourself, just don't want to or can't make the time. I'll eventually get the tile laid back and baseboards redone myself.

  Very friendly staff, comfortable experience. Jake is a great guy. The work is good quality and professional. I have recommended to 3 friends so far.
