  My tankless water heater stopped heating water so I called Ballard to see if it needed repair or replacement. Rene arrived and examined the heater and identified that a wire had become disconnected, so he connected it. He also noticed that the recirculating pump was not working properly and fixed that as well, giving me hot water faster than before. All of this was done for the simple service charge of $49. Excellent service!!

  We had Ballard replace our A/C and furnace a couple years ago and we haven't had any problems at all. Today they serviced our water heater, it definitely needed it. The technician Anthony was great he explained everything he was doing and he was very thorough, checking all the plumbing in the house. Today he replaced a rod that had disintegrated, flushed the tank and did a general plumbing inspection. I was actually surprised by all the things he was checking. I did not expect that! He recommended I sign up for the family plan and it made sense financially so I did that straight away. it includes some annual servicing and inspection so it pays for itself.Thanks Anthony for looking out for us!

  Cameron provided excellent service. His customer service was very pleasant and refreshing. He also was very generous to thoroughly explain the issues going on with our AC Unit. Just off his patience, personality and professionalism alone, you guys have a customer for life! Thank you so much!

  The service tech came out and was on time. He was very nice and polite. He put on shoe covers which was great since I had new floors installed a few weeks ago. He went right to work and kept me informed as he went about his job. He spent about 3 hours here and did a great job. Highly recommend Dave and the company. They charged me exactly what they quoted.

  I’m new customer with this company.But I’m really impressed with the service . Angel came to my house on time , really nice guy , he checked my 2 AC systems and did maintenance for them . He explained thoroughly in details about my AC weaknesses and what I should do for my AC. He did excellent customer service, best manner., always having smile on his face. I enrolled in membership with company because of his best service . I’ll definitely introduce the Ballard AC company to my friends and I’ll introduce Angel to them too.
