He did a beautiful job. He was very respectful and very polite. He answered all our questions and concerns. He cleaned his mess and showed me when he was done how the faucets worked. I would recommend him to anyone who was in need to of plumbing.

If you are looking to over pay and get scammed than this is the company for you. Warning, this is not the same Ballard from back in the day. That company was bought out. Decided to play dumb to see if this was a legit company to help out an older family member. I knew exactly what was wrong with the unit and knew it was an easy $50 fix. Was given a quote of thousands, thousands, thousands, thousands, thousands and thousands of dollars. Wow! Yall are wrong for trying to take advantage of old people. The service tech was professional and did everything according to training. I have no issue with the tech/sales associate. My issue is with the scam company that is tarnishing a good family name. Unfortunately this is the norm for these large companies. There is a thing called karma and it will come back around. If you are looking for a honest HVAC company, good luck and stay away from any that has over a 100 reviews. The worst part is another large company that came out gave me a $20,000 quote. What a time we live in.

Rene did a phenomenal job in helping us re-pipe our entire house, which was built in the 1920s! From start to finish, he was always available to answer any questions, he made sure the team was aware of our needs and made the process very easy. We’ve used Ballards for several big jobs now and they have the best team. Thanks again Rene and Matthew!

Angel was great! He was thorough, got right to the heart of the problem, fixed it & left us very happy & contented. In fact, we asked if he could be out regular maintenance man for the a/c. We are happy to know we can request our "Angel!"

I have to say the technician that was sent to our home Daniel Cabral was the best technician we have ever had the pleasure of helping us out in regards to our a.c. issues. His customer service was excellent he was honest and explained the diagnosis to us in language we understood. We appreciate the customer service and the full transperancy of what we need to do. Thank you so much.the price for the diagnosis was reasonable and we appreciate it.
