  I really appreciate the detailed videos and pictures with information that was given to me to help me understand everything that was being diagnosed (Daniel) was really personable and took the time to work with me, Considering my financial income isn't the best right now. Daniel and his boss Angel worked to accommodate my financial circumstances at this particular time. I am truly grateful for this company's compassion and understanding thank you Daniel and his boss Angel for being so understanding. This company is blessing.   Really great to have Marcus present himself as respectful, courteous, professional. He fully explained the ins n outs of the entirety ok Ballards services. Grateful to be the lucky homeowner to get his services. He was a blessing to us and I wish him and the Ballard company the best of good fortune which in my humble opinion comes from a dedicated hard worker like Marcus. He’s a keeper! 🤠

  We highly recommend Ballard for any plumbing /AC services. We have been with this company for over 20 years and they do not disappoint. Quality service always. Manual did a great job with our shower leak . He was great and explaining what he was going to do. He is very friendly and efficient.

  I felt that the employees representing this company are first class. They are polite. They are clean. They are professional. They have great communication skills. This is my second unit I have purchased in less than a year from this company and I am very happy. As a retired contractor I find I am very discerning when it comes to my critiquing workmanship. This company gets an A+.

  I had an outstanding experience with Kevin the HVAC technician, sent to my home, and the entire company. In the 10 years I've owned my home, this was by far the most thorough inspection and evaluation my A/C system has ever received. He carefully evaluated every part of the system, identified several issues that had never been addressed, and completed the necessary repairs with great attention to detail. He also made excellent recommendations to help prevent future breakdowns as my system gets older, and I truly appreciated his honest, preventive approach rather than trying to sell unnecessary services. What impressed me the most was how clearly he explained everything. He took the time to make sure I understood what had been repaired, why it was important, and what I should expect in the future. He even explained some things in Spanish when I had difficulty understanding them in English, which I greatly appreciated. Throughout the visit, he was respectful, patient, professional, and knowledgeable. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. This was truly the best HVAC service I've received since moving into my home. I highly recommend this technician and the company to anyone looking for honest, professional, and exceptional service. Thank you for an outstanding job!
