  Jose and Chan arrived as planned. Went right to work as soon as they crossed the threshold. No time wasted. Agreed to my schedule of filter replacement, even providing the correct size filters. Checked inside and out, and then began cleaning the outside units. Everything was inspected and cleaned as promised. Even visually inspected the lower ductwork, before buttoning everything back into place. Pleasantly, reminded me of the next service within six months. Love Love’s!

  David Ruelas came to do regular maintenance on my one year old unit. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and kind. Even my dog liked him which is rare. He explained everything he did and made sure I was aware of my warranties. There was no charge today for all the work he put in. When it’s time for my next checkup, Milo and I would like David to come do it for us. Thank you Loves for having great employees!

  Had my AC quit on me and called to have it looked at. They arrived next day. Turns out there was a failure in the system and it was leaking coolant. They were transparent with me throughout the whole process. Showing me pictures of exactly where the leak was and how/why it happened. The tech they sent was Nathan Wheat and he was amazing. Explained everything to me so I understood the whole process and I didn’t have to wonder if I was being treated fairly for prices and services. I really appreciate transparency in any business. The price was fair and they did the repair very next day and my AC is working better than ever now. Highly recommend this company for repairs or maintenance. Professional, affordable and fast. Great experience with them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Let's start with professionalism, across the board from the consultation and through the installation the Loves team has been so easy to work with. Had Dom's team installing my new heat pump AC and heater system today. These guys were great. They answered any questions I had and let me poke around and see what they were doing. After everything was installed they checked all the registers to ensure proper temps were coming out. The new setup looks great in the garage too. New ductwork and padded insulation look so nice. Overall I had a great experience working with Loves Air.

  We have had very poor experiences with Loves Air. Only giving 2 stars since they are prompt when it comes to “repairing” and inspecting an issue. About 2 years ago we had an issue with the indoor unit and coil system which was repaired by Love’s Air. They replaced a 5 ton coil with new lineset and cover. The AC then continued to stop working and they came a few times to check it out. Last month they just discovered that there was a leak in the outdoor until compressor therefore they replaced the entire unit. This entire repair cost us up to $10K. The AC went out today, the compressor shut down and is not working. We will have to deal with the heat until someone comes to check it out. This has been a recurrent issue for the past 2 years. I would highly recommend inquiring with a different company if you’re having HVAC issues.
