  David and Allen came out today on my birthday and saved the day. They made sure the AC was blowing strong and cold to keep my day and my summer right. These gentleman were professional, efficient, and courteous. They wore booties in the house and even took a look at another issue that wasn’t for the service call. They went above and beyond and I felt they had geniuses pride in their work and their company. I couldn’t say anything more about how thankful these were the tech’s that came out and the work that I received.

  Working with Loves was a great experience! Our technician Eddy was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and he was very helpful in answering any questions and walking us through the process. He and Alan got our system working again after a power surge fried everything, and they kept us well-informed along the way and gave helpful advice on how to protect our system in the future. While we waited for parts, Chantel made sure to keep us updated on timelines and make sure we were taken care of in the meantime. 10/10 in every way!

  Joel Ruelas was my technician today. Elizabeth helped me set up the appointment, excellent customer service. Great experience from start to finish! Mr. Ruelas was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated the thorough service and attention to detail. I’m very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend them!

  David Ruelas came out to perform the summer maintenance on our HVAC unit, and he did an excellent job! He explained all of the work he would be performing, answered any questions that I had, and addressed an issue I was concerned about. David took great care in completing each of his tasks. His work was very thorough, and he was friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend him to others!

  Beware of Loves Air in San Joaquin County, CA. They will tell you one price to come to your location to diagnose your problem for $89, but then the moment they touch your system the will add $195+ to the bill. They will act like the inital cost in included, do little more that look, listen and take some electric readings, but then when you get to their truck they want $284. For nothing. Then on top of it you won't even get the diagnosis numbers you paid for. Loves hot air is what they should be callled... because the one thing the do love is bait and switch. BEWARE and STAND CLEAR.
