David and Allen came out today on my birthday and saved the day. They made sure the AC was blowing strong and cold to keep my day and my summer right. These gentleman were professional, efficient, and courteous. They wore booties in the house and even took a look at another issue that wasn’t for the service call. They went above and beyond and I felt they had geniuses pride in their work and their company. I couldn’t say anything more about how thankful these were the tech’s that came out and the work that I received.

Working with Loves was a great experience! Our technician Eddy was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and he was very helpful in answering any questions and walking us through the process. He and Alan got our system working again after a power surge fried everything, and they kept us well-informed along the way and gave helpful advice on how to protect our system in the future. While we waited for parts, Chantel made sure to keep us updated on timelines and make sure we were taken care of in the meantime. 10/10 in every way!

Tim and his crew were very polite and kept me in the loop with what they were working on. They were very respectful of my home and made a point to clean up after themselves. Walked me through everything upon completion and left me with no questions. Very pleasant experience, I definitely will recommend to friends and family 👍🏼
