  Great experience replacing 9 old aluminum frames with the 1500 Series vinyl model suggested by Todd. When one of the window installation modifications was off, he had a new frame ordered so that window could be redone. Dean (the crew lead) ensured that the work was clean and professional. We are very happy with the new window performance. They are better heat and sound insulators, slide and operate easily and much more secure. It was a great upgrade at a reasonable price. Thank you!

  I got 9 new windows from Window World and it was a positive experience from beginning to end. Todd sat down with me and explained everything, they were the most affordable out of all the estimates I received, the office staff is super friendly (and the dogs are adorable!)… and best of all, my new windows look amazing after a fast and efficient installation. I couldn’t recommend Window World more!

  The windows are great. Except for the two that were measured incorrectly ... twice ... and which we finally got today, almost a month and a half after the rest of the windows were installed. Not that big of a deal, but ... We financed the windows through Window World. We were told that the billing wouldn't start until all windows were delivered and installed. Unfortunately, without all windows delivered and installed, we got our first bill. This is problematic for two reasons. First, see above. All windows had not been delivered and installed. Second, when we met with Todd, he told us we could finance the windows with an 18-month no interest deal. I said that sounded great and we would make sure to have it paid off before the 18 months are up (we have a HELOC to do this with) to avoid any interest. I said several times that I would just make the entire payment at some point before the 18 months was up. At no time did he correct me and tell me that I would have to make monthly payments during the 18 month period. Instead ... we got that first bill with a required minimum payment of more than $600. Today I talked to the other owner and explained what my understanding was. That there was no interest due and no payment due for 18 months. She told me that wasn't true -- that we had to make minimum monthly payments and she kept laughing at the idea that we wouldn't have to make any payments for 18 months if we didn't want to. All other instances where I've signed up for a no interest deal, it has included no required payments during the "no interest" period. Just requires full payment by the deadline to avoid any interest. She kept laughing at that idea. At one point saying, while laughing, that they have to pay their contractors and suppliers; how could they do that if we don't pay for 18 months. Well, here's how ... Window World doesn't actually do the financing. The financing is through a Wells Fargo issued credit card. So Window World got their month. It's the bank that has to await payment. Yes, now that I look at the agreement we signed it says no interest due for 18 months if regular payments are made. I never saw that and Todd certainly did nothing to correct my apparent misunderstanding. What is particularly frustrating about this is having the owner laugh at me multiple times for this misunderstanding that, from my perspective, was due to their failure to adequately explain the financing to me. That's not how you treat customers. One final issue ... as mentioned above, we got billed before we got all the windows, contrary to what we were promised. The owner's explanation for that was along the lines of "well, I went ahead and processed it," apparently assuming the project would be completed. Five stars for the windows. One star for the customer service from the owner of the company. Never laugh at a customer for a misunderstanding that was the fault of your own company.

  Window World of Sacramento provided a competitive quote, zero pressure to buy, and answered all my questions. Excellent communication at all levels, showed up on time, installed windows perfectly, and cleaned up afterwards. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

  Todd (the owner) did the measurements for patio door and windows. Very professional and knowledgeable about products. Jason Richard and Dean did a great job on installation and clean up. I highly recommended this team.
