  We had been to a number of different tile stores. We went to TL floor and Design and talk to Andy. He asked what we were looking for. We gave him three days and he had probably 15 different samples for us. He did all the work he was amazing. he got our tile shipped in probably a week or so he was great thanks Andy

  What I learned in my experience with TL Floor and Design is that every single other place in the Sacramento area just sells tile. These places do not provide the same level of solutions, experience, prioritization, urgency and expertise that TL Floor and Design offers. The level of customer service provided by Sam when I found myself needing to put a complex project together with very little time to do so, was exceptional. His communication and attention to detail far exceeded my expectations. I could also tell that he has great relationships with his vendors which is often overlooked in these situations. Most of my problems needing to be solved relied on getting engagement from his vendors and logistics upstream and they always seemed to get back to Sam within 20 minutes and I never had to wait days for answers. If you need a high level of service for your project, I would not waste any time with another tile and flooring company in this area, TL Floor and Design is clearly the standard.

He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer questions, explain options, and made sure we found exactly what we needed. You can tell he really cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. Sam was also fantastic to work with. He brought great energy to the experience — funny, personable, and sharp dressed! It’s not every day you get both great service and a little style inspiration while shopping for tile.
