  The gentleman there was very helpful and spent a lot of time helping find a small obscure window part. He went above and beyond and showed what customer service used to be. I would definitely recommend this company

  Needed some parts (block and tackle for the sash) for some very old aluminum windows. I was able to bring the window in, get the parts, and received a tutorial on how to install the parts with the window. Took ten mins to repair the window when I got home. I'll definitely be coming back when I have another repair. Great customer service, knowledgeable staff!

  I went to have a screen door remade. I brought it in on Tuesday May 26 2026. The man at the counter said it would be finished on Wednesday. I said I would pick it up on Thursday. I went in and was informed they didn't get it finished this is a 6 1/2 by 2 1/2 screen four pieces of aluminum. I was not happy. I had to go back Friday to now get it. I picked it up Friday got it home and noticed they had just put a new piece of plastic in the aluminum corner and a screen. They didn't even wipe it down dog hair and dirt still in the groves. I went back and they cut the price in half which ended coasting me $30.00 for a screen that I could have done myself for a few dollars the original cost was $69.00 and I let it go as I was getting all new parts. Never again
