  The service received from (Royal Breeze,) was outstanding. The tech arrived and without delay performed all the necessary task to get my AC unit up & running. Although I will soon need a brand new AC unit, I'm thankful and grateful for cool air here and now. Thank you Royal Breeze and Staff for your dedication and hard work.

  Ok, it's quite a story, so stick with me. So, I needed an entire Heating/ AC unit, I also wanted to replace all my ducts, and add 2 more ducts and 1 return. Not only did I need to replace the unit, but it had to be relocated due to it being out of code in it's current location. Royal Breeze came and gave me a estimate along with 3 other companies. I choose Royal Breeze. Kevin and the team were great. I received my estimate the following day and accepted the offer. Once the work began, we ran into another issues with my braker box wiring. Kevin reassured me that he would make a few calls. The next day the issues was resolved 🙌🏾 my unit was installed and it works great. This was a difficult install, that Royal Breeze made look easy. They removed the old unit(from the side of my house), relocated the new unit(to the roof of my house), replaced all my ducts, added new ducts, along with 1 new return, installed a new wireless thermostat, removed an old wall heater, closed up the hole that the old unit left in the sides of my house, and removed all the left over debris. It was like they were never here with one exception, my house is ice cold. 😁🤗😊 Kevin and the crew also went and matched the paint for the outside repairs as well as the inside. I didn't have to do anything. He keep me up to date throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend Royal Breeze. If you are looking for a worry free experience give them a call.   I called late at night after returning home from vacation to find that my AC had been stuck on. Kevin answered my call and immediately helped me troubleshoot the issue over FaceTime, walking me through how to safely shut it off until it could be repaired. The very next day, he and one of his technicians came out promptly to fix the problem. Their pricing was fair and reliable, and the service was professional, responsive, and efficient. I truly appreciated Kevin going above and beyond to help during a stressful situation. I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs!
