Wonderful sense of humor too. Very happy with him. Will be asking for Carlo everytime we need help with out HVAC. Thank you Lee's for sending him out.

While trying to pull my spare tire out, Shaewan had pulled up and asked if I needed help. He changed my tire for me and got me back on the road quickly. Thank you so so much.

Skyler was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuine throughout the entire visit. He thoroughly inspected my plumbing, checked my kitchen sink, quickly diagnosed the source of the leak, and provided me with two clear options—one quote for installing a faucet that I purchase myself and another if Lee's supplied the faucet. I really appreciated his honest explanation of the product versus labor costs, which helped me make an informed decision without feeling pressured. He also took the time to fix a small issue with my bathroom sink that wasn't draining properly, which I truly appreciated. I've officially stopped using the plumbing company I had been loyal to for years because of experiences like this. My previous company was always professional, but the authenticity, honesty, and genuine care I've experienced from every Lee's employee I've worked with has made all the difference. Professionalism is important, but people remember how they're treated, and Lee's consistently delivers outstanding customer service through people who truly care. He arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. On top of that, he was genuinely friendly and professional, which made the entire experience pleasant. He also suggested installing a surge protector to help protect and improve my HVAC system. While I understand it's part of offering additional services, there was absolutely no pressure. He simply explained the benefits, provided the price, and let me know I could call anytime if I decided to move forward. I really appreciated his honest, no-pressure approach and excellent customer service. Brandon is a great representative for Lee's Heating & Plumbing, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service.
