- JSJessica Soares1 day ago5.0Earlier this month, Jonathan Mendez performed my HVAC tune-up & inspection and Nathan Hamilton came by to look at my tankless water heater. Both were timely, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Even if the news I received wasn't great, I appreciated their attention to detail, them walking me through what they were seeing and their recommendations. Would definitely use them again.

Their service tech Brandon explained the technical details of why our system failed including photos of the affected components and what he would do to fix it. He was very friendly and even gave some love to our 2 "attention starved" golden retrievers! While walking through the house Brandon spotted our dirty filter through the AC intake vent and even provided a new AC filter from his truck free of charge. The service was fast, efficient and affordable.

I got 2 salesmen today to do my annual plumbing and heating/ac inspection… they have been out here 2 times prior to today , no problems ever mentioned .. but today the plumber said my tankless water heater had the wrong size tank on it and my toilets were dangerously and excessively loud .. but for $1245 he can fix that.. the AC guy took my outside unit apart and told me I need a hard start kit .. he then proceeded to hook it up then he tried to sell me that for $645 (it is a $30-$65 part) and something else for $987… Ofcourse this is just the inspection .. everything had been working perfectly since the house was built 4 years ago .. I refused all the things they mentioned , so he took the hard start kit back off .. anyway … this was this morning . I just got home early evening and my AC unit is making some crazy noise that is so loud now .. so I called to have someone come back and fix it and they can’t come back out till tomorrow.. hopefully it doesn’t break overnight .. they better not charge me for the repairs because their technician sabotaged us.. idk. I don’t trust them anymore .. use a different company . They certainly seem VERY shady now
- AAAmy AndersonApr 14, 20261.0Almost 2 years ago, Lee's installed a new heat pump in my house. The techs were great, and the installation experience was smooth. Unfortunately, within a month, it broke down. During a hot summer in 2024, I went over a month without A/C while Lee's fixed it temporarily only to have it break down again. And again. Eventually, they pulled the new heat pump out and installed a NEW new heat pump. Again, the actual people coming to my house were great. The communication between the office, the techs, and the customer was shaky, however. It took repeated calls to get someone to come out to do repairs once they'd gotten paid for the system and were now just covering the warranty. It is now April 2026. In March, I came home to find water dripping from my ceiling vents and the heat pump malfunctioning. When I called Lee's, the rep on the phone tried to tell me "that is normal when the A/C is turned back on." Nope. I have been waiting over a month for the right part Lee's says is needed to fix it. Today, I canceled a class I teach to be here for the long-awaited installation (after a month with no heat or A/C). An hour after the tech was scheduled to arrive, after texting he would be here in 30 minutes, I got a text rescheduling the service call for tomorrow. I am forced to deal with this company because of the warranty. The moment it is up I'll never use them again, and I will warn everyone I know not to call Lee's. I'm not sure if they're just too big, or bad at communicating, or what, but my patience has run out.
