  Randy arrived on time and was very efficient in completing the service on our gas fireplace. He was very knowledgeable and answered our questions about the various aspects of the service and inspection work.

  We were very impressed by Elite’s technician, Alex Hernandez, who cleaned and thoroughly inspected our wood stove insert and flue. During the service call he discovered a number of concerning issues with our system which he photo-documented and were included in his comprehensive written report. Our experience today with Elite Fireplace and Dryer Vent Services was exemplary. We look forward to having Elite clean and safety check our system every year.

  Thank you Alex Hernandez and the entire team at Elite Fireplace. As a recent lung transplant patient, needed my fireplace and chimney cleaned and sealed before I could return home. I first went with a cheaper competitor, but they didn’t not show up and made several excuses. When I realized that my return home was jeopardized. I called Elite and I was scheduled for the next appointment available, they coordinated the process with my neighbor and arrived on time, completing the work as promised. Having a safe home to return to takes a huge worry off my mind and that of my family. Thanks again Alex and team!
