  Adam did an incredible job with both my gas fireplace and dryer vent. He was professional, friendly, and patiently answered all of my questions! He was also observant and let me know about a potential water leak in my wall next to the fireplace. He saved me from a much bigger problem!!

  Joseph was amazing. Very knowledgeable. Made me feel comfortable about the repairs needed on the chimney and explained everything to me in a way that allowed me to better understand the challenge that I was taking on to get my chimney system repaired for me and my family. They offered a military discount plus promotional discounts. The warranty is very expensive and you were required to purchase the chimney cap to get the warranty. That's the one negative thing I would say about the company's pricing. However, Joseph being as knowledgeable as he is was able to break down cheaper options for me to still get the repairs needed. Would highly recommend to others looking for similar services. Would highly recommend to management reconsidering pricing options around the warranty and customized chimney cap.

  Technician was great…. Only concern was price….. I thought $200 was on the every high end for dryer vent cleaning. Maybe things have changed, but I get emails, mailers, and calls for $99 and less a lot. But again tech was great.

  This is my first experience with Elite Fireplace. I’m a realtor who hired Elite on behalf of my buyer client who requested a fireplace and chimney inspection on a 1968 two story home. Anthony Wilkie was the assigned inspector. He was punctual (I received a text, email, and call 30 minutes before his arrival within the window I was promised), he took his time and was thorough in his inspection, and he very informative during his walkthrough and explanation of the report. The report provided was very detailed and included photos to accompany each finding and an estimate for repair. I really appreciated Anthony’s knowledge and expertise and willingness to answer even the most basic questions. He really knew his stuff. I plan to continue using them in the future and would happily recommend them to any area realtor looking for a chimney inspection. Thanks Anthony!

  Joseph, from Elite Fireplace and Dryer Vent Cleaning, cleaned out our dry vent. He was prompt, professional, answered all our questions, was super friendly and personable. Joseph did an outstanding job, explained what was done and showed the before and after pictures. First time having a dryer vent cleaned and felt very secure any potential fire risk was mitigated. Would use again and highly recommend them and technician Joseph. Well done Joseph, thank you!!
