  Dante was very helpful and knowledgeable. He didn’t make me feel dumb for an easy fix and he helped me move a lot of boxes around. Very kind.

  AAA Electrical Services is an amazing company. My family had an electrical emergency with our home this summer. We woke up to PGE turning off our power due to faulty equipment behind the meter which could have burned down our home. We were stuck without power in the middle of summer and we ended up having to replace our entire electrical panel. AAA Electrical Services was able to get an electrician(Derian) out to our home within 35 minutes. They worked nonstop to try and get our power back on, but the county inspector left for the day. The next day they were able to finish the install. AAA Electrical Services handle all permits and was even able to get our power turned on ahead of schedule by reaching out to PGE. Thank you Derian, Ed, and everyone at AAA Electrical Services. You all are very professional, knowledgeable, and truly care about your customers. You all are my go to for all future home electrical needs.

  I'm going to file with the BBB, and dispute the diagnostic charge since there was no diagnostic done. I'll state the facts here and you can decide for yourself if you think you should use these people. I called at 9pm because I lost energy to my whole house after I tripped my dryer outlet. I couldn't get the main breaker to reset which I thought was bad. I called AAA, explained all the facts, and they said they could come out tonight, and would charge an additional fee because it was short notice/late night. I said that was fine. They said it would be $366 to come out and diagnosis the issue. They showed up, without even looking at anything additional, they said it would be $2,200 dollars to fix! Very shady business. I said no thank you, they then said they were going to charge me the $366 anyways. I called an electrician the next day, and he walked me through the issue with my main breaker and helped me get it reset. FOR FREE. It took 10 minutes. These guys tried to charge me $2,200. Absolutely no integrity. Don't trust these guys.

  I want to thank Darian and Dante for one outstanding job. They went above and beyond and very courteous, outstanding customer service recommend them to anybody and everybody who needs electricity and plan on having them come over and do some more work later. thank you to AAA electronic services

  We had an electrical issue at my aging parents home in Folsom. It was 100 degrees outside, their power was out, which resulted in their air-conditioner being off in this heat too. Most local Electricians close around 5pm. My Father (just out of the hospital) called AAA Electrical Services at the end of the day and Ed dropped everything to quickly make the trip up to Folsom. Ed worked into the night and got everything up and running again. Ed's expertise saved the day - and everything in their refrigerator, which could have been a costly mess. Thanks to Ed my parent’s home was at peace again. Thank you so much, Ed. We really do appreciate all your hard work and professionalism. We will definitely be recommending AAA Electrical Services to all our friends!
