  We are in the process of buying a home in Tracy, CA, and were advised to visit the Zinnia model in Roseville since the Tracy location does not yet have a built model. Based on the website and a phone call confirming that the location was open daily, we drove over two hours from Tracy specifically to view this model. When we arrived, the office was closed. While we were standing outside, a staff member arrived briefly to collect personal items and informed us that she was off that day. We politely explained that we had driven all the way from Tracy and only requested five minutes to view the model, but she refused and left. She mentioned that a note was posted on the door, but that does not align with the online hours, phone information, or the fact that no one returned our call before we made the drive. There was no proactive communication, no courtesy, and no attempt to accommodate prospective buyers who had traveled a significant distance based on the company’s stated availability. This experience felt extremely unprofessional and irresponsible, especially for a home builder where customer service and trust are critical. We expected much better coordination and respect for customers’ time.

  Please ensure that you uphold ethical standards by respecting the agreed-upon price and refraining from making frequent alterations. It is unreasonable to constantly modify the price, as you have done so while I presented my check within 15 minutes.
