  It is absolutely unclear how the purchase process works in this community. My clients have been waiting for the release of one of the lots since mid-May. On Tuesday, May 26th, a sales agent called me, and I confirmed that we were waiting for the release and the final price. At that point, my buyers also had pre-approval from the builder's preferred lender. On Monday, June 1st, we learned that there was a priority list (which we never knew about) and that my clients were in second position. By that time, the lot had already been sold. My clients are disappointed and confused, as we were never informed about the priority list or how it affects the purchase process. So that's it; now my clients have to start the searching process again.
