We hired Mr. Sparky after we started experiencing an electrical issue that kept causing one of our outlets to trip. Zach came out to diagnose the problem, and we couldn’t have been more impressed with his professionalism.
He was patient, incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, and took the time to carefully inspect everything until he found the source of the issue. We truly appreciated how diligent he was and never felt rushed throughout the process.
Because of the excellent experience we had, we also requested a quote for additional electrical work, and we’ll absolutely be using Mr. Sparky again for those projects.
Zach is a fantastic technician, and Mr. Sparky is a company we would highly recommend. 10/10 experience, excellent service from start to finish!
Started off good with the first tech but went downhill from there. Tech came to give an estimate. He documented everything I wanted and presented the estimate. I was happy with the quote and scheduled the service for the next day. The tech had an emergency and was not able to make it the next day. I certainly don’t fault him for that and hope everything is ok.
The office didn’t realize he was scheduled to come out but happened to call me to see how the initial appointment went. They scheduled a different tech to come out the next day.
The 2nd tech came out but thought he was there for something else. He didn’t have any information from the first tech. No big deal because I could just explain again. He completed the work but installed one camera in the wrong place (opposite side of side yard from where I wanted). I decided I would try it where it was since it was already installed. I called the office the next day to explain. They contacted the tech and he told them it was installed where I told him to. I should have requested a written estimate with the details shown but I didn’t. The office wasn’t willing to help me after that.
They need to work on their communication and also ensure all techs give the customer a written estimate of the work. It was an expensive lesson for me that I will learn from. I will be choosing another company for future needs.

quick, professional, and friendly. you can tell customer service means a lot to this company, they were communicative throughout the entire process. They came to install my ceiling fan and did a great job. thank you zach and ronnie!
