  We reached out to a different AC company this morning who ended up not showing up and had to reschedule us for a different day. I called Maverick instead and they took such great care of us. I should have called them first! Our technician was named David Swarts. He was so kind and thorough. He made sure our family was taken care of and that our system was working great. He also helped us know what we could/needed to do to help our system continue to work properly. Will 100% continue to use them for all of our repair needs.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Marcus was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He came out to give me a second opinion on my AC unit, took the time to explain everything clearly, and answered all of my questions. He also arranged for an advisor to come out the same day to provide me with a quote, which I really appreciated. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend Marcus and the team for their honesty, professionalism, and outstanding service!

  OUTSTANDING!!! I called Maverick on a Thursday at 11:00 a.m. about maintenance for our heating and air (and Maverick answered!). We are up sporadically and asked if he could help. He said yes how about today?? WOW! Then he worked around our schedule, again wow! Maverick could not have been nicer. He explained everything and showed me what he did, he even fixed some bad insulation on the furnace. Excellent work and extremely accommodating and very friendly. Call Maverick he is the real deal!!!

  I finally got to use Maverick Electric after hearing their history filled radio commercials and they definitely lived up to the hype! Kenny came out to fix the 220V outlet for my new dryer, quickly found the issue, and had everything working in no time. He was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. Even my dogs loved him! 🐶😂 Excellent service all around. I’ll definitely be calling Maverick Electric again!

  The overall experience with Maverick was excellent. Johnny spent several hours doing the home inspection and explaining the various options for a full HVAC replacement. He answered all questions and went above expectations to ensure our family's needs were met. The installers Tanner and Justin were courteous and professional. They arrived at the earliest time of the possible install window and worked quickly and efficiently. The install only took two days to complete (full tear out and replacement of furnace, a/c unit, and ducts). Afterwards they answered all questions and left things cleaner than when they arrived. Every interaction with Maverick's employees was friendly with a genuine warmth bigger companies tend to lack. I'm very happy with the service and will definitely be using them in the future.
