  Granite Bay Flooring & Design recently installed about 850 sq. ft. of Mannington luxury vinyl tile in my home. I was so impressed with the company, from the first call I made until the job was complete. My sales rep, Suzanne, answered my call, took all the measurements, advised me on options, and was my point person throughout the project. She and the sales manager, Damon, were both extremely patient and understanding when I changed my mind on the color of the flooring after it had already been ordered, and still got the project done within the original timeline. The installers, Ilmar and Andrew, were extremely courteous, skilled and hard working. They took extra care to protect our belongings and cleaned up thoroughly each day before they left. When the project was done, I noticed a couple of small snafus, and Suzanne and Damon were quick to send the installers back out to fix them. I am extremely happy with my new floors and will definitely call Granite Bay Flooring & Design when I'm ready to replace the carpet in my kids' rooms. Excellent locally owned company!

  I want to say Granite Bay Flooring did an amazing job on our floors. Suzanne made picking flooring very easy and took away our confusion on picking what we wanted. She also was very considerate on our budget and met us where we needed to be. Communication was excellent and I would recommend them to anybody! Love our floors! Installers were very good and also recommend them! Thank you!

  Great company to do business with. Suzanne was patient and knowledgeable while I decided on a product. We had a floor ‘fail’ from another place and these people were the fix we needed. Installers did a phenomenal job. Vasyl and his crew treated our house as their own. We have no hesitation in recommending Granite Bay Flooring & Design!

  Jeremy at Granite Bay has been an excellent help in finding and comparing different flooring options. They have a fabulous selection of material a few of those being the style and cost range we were looking for We highly recommend them for any flooring that you may be looking for and during September and understand they have a significant discount so it’s worth checking out if you’re looking for any flooring Hope you find just what you’re looking for I’ll be the ones to help

  I had an exceptional experience with Granite Bay Flooring. Nancy was a tremendous help and answered every one of my questions via in person, over the phone, or email. She definitely helped in providing other options that one would never think of which helped me make my decision easier and narrow down my floor and carpet choices. I was quoted that the floors would take 4 days, and it was done in 2 days. For being a first time home buyer and first time doing flooring, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
