  Everything was great. From my first time in the store- Olga was lovely and very helpful, to the team that came out and measured my rooms. The whole process was really smooth, we got a great price and the carpet is great. It's a fabulous upgrade to my home.

  Working with the 916 floors team to source and install our new engineered hardwood floors was simply amazing and one of the best decisions that we made during our home remodel. it was so refreshing to work with a company that sincerely takes extreme pride in their business from start to finish including their customer service, product knowledge, and amazing craftsmanship. From the moment we met Olga in the sales office we knew we were in good hands. Olga listened to what we hoped to accomplish and provided excellent recommendations. Olga and Paul (the owner) visited our home for a pre-job inspection and provided additional guidance, and I completely agree with another commenters' statement that Paul will not do a job unless it is done correctly. All of the work was done on, or ahead of, schedule and all of the teams arrived when they said they would and did not leave until the various tasks were completed. The demo team did a great job removing our existing tile floors and kept the house as free of dust as possible. A major shout out to Alex and his installation team who meticulously leveled and sealed the concrete prior to installing the wood floors. The floors turned out beautiful and it is the first thing people notice when they walk into our home and we have received nothing but high complements. We would definitely recommend 916 Floors and hope to use them for other projects in the future.

  I had a really great experience with 916-FLOORS. Olga spent a lot of time helping me look through different vinyl flooring options and was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the process. The receptionist was also very welcoming and helpful when I visited. They have a huge selection of flooring options to choose from, and I never felt pressured while browsing. Even though I ultimately decided to purchase flooring elsewhere, I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and attention they gave me. I would definitely recommend checking them out if you’re looking for flooring and want friendly, professional service.

  Paul, the owner at 916 floors, and his team do the best work!! They did our floors a couple years ago that were amazing. He’s also had to help us recently when our home had water damage from our laundry room and they were so helpful. He is very knowledgeable , a good communicator, and has the best quality. If you want a business with high integrity and have the confidence that your floors will be done right than you need to have 916 do your floors.

  We had a wonderful experience working with 916 Floors to replace carpet in our home. Olga was very helpful and patient while helping us choose the proper color & style carpet that fit our family needs. The team was incredibly transparent with pricing and timeline, so there were no surprises along the way. They checked in with us often and kept us updated every step of the process. The installers were friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend this amazing team!
