  Paul, the owner at 916 floors, and his team do the best work!! They did our floors a couple years ago that were amazing. He’s also had to help us recently when our home had water damage from our laundry room and they were so helpful. He is very knowledgeable , a good communicator, and has the best quality. If you want a business with high integrity and have the confidence that your floors will be done right than you need to have 916 do your floors.

  We had a wonderful experience working with 916 Floors to replace carpet in our home. Olga was very helpful and patient while helping us choose the proper color & style carpet that fit our family needs. The team was incredibly transparent with pricing and timeline, so there were no surprises along the way. They checked in with us often and kept us updated every step of the process. The installers were friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend this amazing team!

  Olga and her team were incredibly helpful and efficient throughout our carpet installation process. Special shoutout to the owner — once he understood exactly what we were looking for, he worked with us to find the best option at the best price. What really stood out to us was how genuine and customer-focused the entire team was. You can truly feel that they care about helping you and making sure you’re happy with the final result. Highly recommend!

  916 Floors is by far the best company to work with in handling all of my flooring needs. The staff is so professional and knowledgeable. I would use them for any of flooring needs. I used them for my wood flooring, base boards and carpet.

  916 Floors installed beautiful luxury vinyl planks in my home. They are high service and low pressure! I came into the store multiple times before settling on a product and was greeted and assisted by Olga each time. She also ended up being the project manager, making sure communication between her, Paul, and I was flawless. The job ended up being very labor intensive because my concrete slab was so uneven. Viktor handled it quickly and smoothly. There were no delays! I can’t recommend them more highly. They operate very professionally and produce beautiful results!
