  Every step of the new/upgraded heat pump HVAC system process from sales call, inspection, to installation was a comforting and pleasant experience. We received quotes from six companies, and Rocklin Heating & Air was the only no pressure experience. The initial sales inspection identified all the issues we wanted addressed without a word from us. The contract listed everything to be done, and it was. We 100% recommend Rocklin Heating and Air. A call the day after installation for a minor issue with two detectors was resolved within an hour. Great service!

  I had a my original proprietary HVAC/thermostat (Z-Tech)system replaced and required for new smart thermostats. Also had a worn contractor replaced. Mark was great with assessing needs and providing an estimate. Gerald and his partner were able to complete the project in a few hours. The were on time and kept everything clean. They were also able to retire without cutting into the drywall. Overall great experience.

  Everything from start to finish has been amazing. The communication has been top notch. The guys came out yesterday and began working. We did full install as the house had nothing in it before. The guys were very professional, worked together, and communicated with me on everything. They even pointed out some issues in the attic with some electrical that has to be fixed and referred me to a company who will be out this week as well. I’m having some custom duct work done in one of the rooms and I felt it a fair price for what I was asking for and they were able to do the change order quickly. The house was cleaned up before they left. All and all a great experience thus far and would highly recommend.

  Excellent experience with Rocklin Heating and Air for installation of a new HVAC. Brandon helped answer so many of our questions before we even committed to Rocklin. It’s a big step purchasing an HVAC system but Rocklin made us feel cared for throughout the whole process. The day of install, the guys left our home exactly as it was before the install. They did a great job cleaning up and communicating to us throughout the day. We purchased a Daikin heat pump, excited to see how it runs as we head into summer.

  First, I would like to start with the HVAC replacement estimate. Shawn who was the installer Manager who came to our house to do the inspection & estimate. Thank you for accommodating my schedule right away. I was pleased to know that Rocklin Heating & Air don't have sales man person that would come to your house & sell product that they want. I had one local company from Loomis which i really like too but I was disappointed because the salesman pushing on a product that I'm not considering . To note, I have other 4 companies major & local that already came & did the estimate & Rocklin Heating & air was the 5th one & was the winner. The price was very reasonable because it's an expensive unit (TRANE HVAC). Shawn was very knowledgeable , answered my questions & made me understand the system I wanted. I presented to him my project plan since I already studied the system I wanted . Thank you Shawn for your patience & discussing the right system for our house . The same day I accepted the contract & schedule the installation. Last April 23rd we welcome our new family member the unstoppable TRANE (our new HVAC) system. We have a wonderful installer TEAM lead by The Trane Installer Specialist, Low S. with Lucas & Gerard .They are very patient with me in showing the unit manufacturers # as I took pictures of it & making sure it's the right system. The TEAM was professional, knowledgeable & very respectful of our home. They took the time to explain everything Cleary , answered all of our question and made sure the installation was done properly with great detail & attention. The TEAM work hard for the whole day. Their TEAM made the entire process of installing our new HVAC system smooth & stress free. It's hard to find a company that is both honest & truly cares about doing quality work. Rocklin Heating & Air exceeded our expectations. Excellent experience 5 ***** (Behind the scenes: lol: break time we gave them free lunch & drinks & have fun chatting with them while we ate together in our backyard... Low, Lucas & Gerard were awesome....we treated them as our guest & made them comfortable. Will be fishing soon with Gerard.. LOL ... he was a lot of fun & character.. lol.. Thank you boys!!!)
