Can’t say enough about the crew that did our install. I was very happy we choose Rocklin Heating and Air to replace our 25 year old HVAC system. Working with Brandon was a very satisfying experience. He took his time and explained all the little details. Then Cameron and his crew showed up and they never stopped working until the job was done. Clean up was amazing. Not one stick of debris was left behind. If you do need HVAC system work, you won’t go wrong with Rocklin Heating and Air. I’d hire them again!!

Great value for our new system and wonderful install process! Romney, Victor, and Daniel were courteous and explained the process and components to me. The install was completed well and is functioning as anticipated. Rocklin Heating & Air was professional, communicative, and helpful through the entire process from estimate through installation. We are very pleased with the end result and the value we recieved.
We replaced our 12-year-old HVAC system with Rocklin Heating and Air, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Brandon Cruz gave us an honest, thorough estimate and made the decision easy. The install team — Brandon, Romney, Gerald, Aldo, and Brian — was professional, efficient, and respectful of our home, finishing the whole job in one day. Romney made sure we understood how to operate the new system before he left, and Everett followed up a few days later to answer our remaining questions.
Highly recommend — great company, great people. Thank you!
Rocklin Heating & Air is an outstanding company, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Over the past 2–3 years, I've worked with seven different service technicians, and every one of them has been professional, knowledgeable, and consistently provided exceptional service.
One thing that has always stood out to me is their experience and teamwork. Every technician I've met has had years of experience, and they typically arrive with another team member to assist. This approach makes the service call efficient and thorough—while one technician keeps me informed about what's being done, the work continues without unnecessary delays.
Most recently, I had an issue with my A/C system, and I was genuinely impressed by how methodical and thorough the technician was in diagnosing the problem. In my previous home, I've worked with other HVAC companies for maintenance and repairs, and I often left wondering whether the recommended work was truly necessary or if I was simply being overcharged. I've never had that feeling with RH&A.
What gives me confidence is watching how they approach every routine maintenance visit. They're meticulous, transparent, and take the time to do things the right way. Because of that, when something does go wrong, I wouldn't trust anyone else to diagnose or repair my system.
I haven't had the opportunity to meet the owner personally, but when employees consistently speak highly of the company they work for, that's usually a reflection of strong leadership and a positive culture. More importantly, this is a company that stands by doing the right thing, and I wholeheartedly believe it. That commitment is reflected in every interaction I've had with their team.
Happy employees, honest service, quality workmanship, and competitive pricing—RH&A has earned my trust, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an HVAC company.

Not sure how they have a 5 star rating. I've spent most of July without AC. It started with having Rocklin Heating and Air come out to diagnose my system that was not cooling. The tech diagnosed it as a bad main board. When another tech came out a week later to replace the board, he had to tell me the first tech ordered the wrong board. Another week goes by and they bring out the new board. Oh, oh, forgot to check the compressor. The compressor had shorted out (most likely the reason the main board had been fried). Ok, replace main board and quote for new compressor. Oops, left the main board connected to the shorted compressor and fried that board too. Hope they are not expecting me to pay for that. My house will be over 90 degrees today (105° outside). I'll be hiring a company that has experienced techs from now on. This has been a disaster.
Update: I cant believe what I just read from the company. Of course you can test a compressor before the board is replaced. You can test the compressor for a short with the breaker off. By putting a new board in with a shorted compressor, you'll fry the new board as soon as you power up. Wow, is all I can say. Also, ordering the wrong board and leaving me in the heat for an extra week had nothing to do with anything but incompetence. The company I chose to make the repairs now brought over two portable ac units at no charge.
