  We had a technician come out last December to fix a leak, and the a/c was working properly after the visit. However, we started having problems with the a/c again last month so they had to come out again today. The technician we had today was really professional and answered all my questions. Since we were still under warranty for the work done last year, we did nit have to pay anything. I would definitely recommend Rocklin Heating & Air!

  I have a HVAC system that is 10 years old that needed some servicing due to a noisy outside unit. Making an appoint was easy and Joe the technician that came out was outstanding! He was very thorough and showed me the reading from a component measuring low when tested, and was able to replace same day. He took pictures on my attic AC system and showed me and discussed the overall health and maintenance visits to prolong longevity of the system. Trustworthy and reasonable priced! So happy I called Roseville Heating and Air and highly recommend.

  We found Rocklin Heating & Air through Nextdoor because they came so highly recommended and now we completely understand why. They are professional, honest, and easy to work with. Mark was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He recommended what we actually needed without ever being pushy or trying to upsell us, which we really appreciated. It’s refreshing to find a company you can trust. We’re so glad we found Rocklin Heating & Air and will definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommend!

  Great service! Technicians are very thorough and knowledgeable. They do a great job! The house is nice and cool now! Thank you for the great service and time! AC is working great and cools off the house it does a great job! Old ac would run all day and never give us relief. This is running gets the house to the temperature set and turns off saving us energy and piece of mind because now we can think clearly since the house is cooler. I would highly recommend their service if you need a tune up or a replacement. A few years ago we used them for a fix when we had 10 straight days of over 100 degrees they came out the same day of call and repaired it. They did recommend replacing it but knew we were in a tight spot then so they repaired it to the best it could and worked fine until we decided to replace it now. Thank you!

He arrived on time, was highly professional, courteous, and respectful of my home. His work was clean and thorough, and he took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing and answer all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. What I appreciated most was that there was absolutely no sales pressure. Mo focused on educating me about my system and providing honest recommendations rather than trying to sell additional services. His knowledge, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach made for an excellent experience.
