  We were hired by Dan to do some brick work on a project of his, and we were very pleased with how he executes his projects. He does work the right way, on time, and to specification.   Dan and his crew replaced the siding on my detached 2 story barn style garage and did a great job. He had to battle weather issues since I waited so long to replace the siding, and he easily worked with me when I had special requests / upgrades I wanted done in the middle of the project. We used Hardie lap siding and Hardie board and batten and he did a great job on both installs. Highly recommend his work and he had great prices compared to other contractors.

  Dan and his team replaced most of the windows in my home. Loomis Basin did great work and were competitively priced. I’m currently 3 months out from project completion and still satisfied with the work performed. Friendly, professional and hard working. I would recommend Loomis Basin Builders to my own friends and family and will use them again for my next project.

  I highly recommend Daniel Cotton, Loomis Basin Builders for remodeling/siding/windows and more. I had a 1940’s house with redwood siding that had lived its full life span. I needed help and Daniel Cotton came highly recommended from another contractor. I had no idea if I had insulation, dry rot or what we would find under this old siding. Daniel was very professional in answering all my questions, we talked and worked through every step of the job. I learned a lot and appreciated Daniel’s patients and understanding of my budget. His crew showed up on time and were wonderful to work with. They worked through 100+ degree heat, heavy smoke from fires stopping only when it was too unhealthy to work. I have gotten wonderful compliments from neighbors, friends, mail carries, UPS drivers everyone who sees my house. Daniel didn’t just do the job and move on he has become a friend being that I am 70yrs old it is nice to know I have someone I can trust to help me when I need it. Don’t hesitate to contact Daniel Cotton if you’re in need of someone to do work on your home or business I highly recommend him. Just give him a call he is very responsive.   Loomis Basin Builders and Dan in particularly are Great. Dan is knowledgeable, creative, easy to work with and local to Loomis Basin area.I will use them on any project I have or if any neighbors need something I would recommend them completely. Cliff K
