  We were hired by Dan to do some brick work on a project of his, and we were very pleased with how he executes his projects. He does work the right way, on time, and to specification.   Dan Cotton & his crew replaced windows at our rental home in spring of 2023. Our experience was excellent. His contract was thorough, prices reasonable, he always returned calls & always showed up when expected. He kept the tenant informed and was very professional. Most importantly the windows look great & have been trouble free. He also had to replace some siding after discovering some rot. Again, walked us through the problem, & completed the repairs beautifully & on schedule. I would definitely recommend his services!

  Dan and his team replaced most of the windows in my home. Loomis Basin did great work and were competitively priced. I’m currently 3 months out from project completion and still satisfied with the work performed. Friendly, professional and hard working. I would recommend Loomis Basin Builders to my own friends and family and will use them again for my next project.

  DO IT! Dan was really knowledgeable about everything we wanted to change about our home, and gave honest and helpful opinions about our visions. He was so quick to give an estimate and made it happen before we even moved in! We will be back for any contracting needs! Thank you, Dan.

  Loomis Basin Builders and Dan in particularly are Great. Dan is knowledgeable, creative, easy to work with and local to Loomis Basin area.I will use them on any project I have or if any neighbors need something I would recommend them completely. Cliff K
