- DNDavid NorcottSep 28, 20261.0Do not use this company. We called several times and left messages. He never responded. We stopped by the business and he walked us through our options. He said he would email a quote in a few days. A week went by and no email. We called and left a couple messages. Another week, no email. We called again no answer and we left a message. Obviously we decided not to use this business. For the heck of it we called again and he answered. He said he had the incorrect email but never asked for us to repeat it back to him. He said he would send us a quote. Well a week later, no email and no quote. Crappy customer service!
- CSChris SantosJun 22, 20245.0I was fortunate to have another company tell me “You should get your doors from Kodiak Door. They’re the best”. And they were right. So now I’m telling you the same. I was so impressed with my interior doors that I had to use them again to replace all my closet doors. Robert took great care of me and he will be happy to help you too with your doors and hardware.
- RTRi TaJul 30, 20215.0Super happy with the price point, delivery, and quality of the door I ordered. We'll be coming back for future door purchases. Robert and Matt were very helpful and took the time to explain and confirm all the specifications to avoid any bottlenecks/problems.
