  We recently signed up with Kendrick heating and air for HVAC maintenance. We had a different service company that we were not really happy with. I have to say that the service we received from Kendrick and the service technician (Kevin) in particular were top notch. Kevin couldn’t have been more professional and knowledgeable. He kept us informed throughout the process and we also received a full report after the service, which included before and after photos. Thank you Kendrick beating and air. I think we went with the right company!

  I originally asked Kendrick to do a one time tune up job for my HVAC system. Kevin was the technician sent to my house. He arrived on time, uniformed, nice, friendly, and polite, put on a pair of blue protective booties to avoid dust tracks prior to entering my house, and explained to me about the time he would need to spend on the job, and patiently answered all my ignorant questions, as my late husband was more familiarized with these kind of services. Kevin did a great job. After he completed his work, and I turned on my air conditioner, and the fan, the air smells fresh again. No mess at all! Instead of a one-time job, I now joined Kendricks annual maintenance plan, because I found their services are indeed marvelous with such a reasonable price. Thank you Kevin, appreciate your impressive service !

  The tech himself was nice but was a waste of time and money. Tech came down came up with possible sparked fuse went to go pickup items to fix the fuse” then came back said fuse officially Sparked and said it would be an electrician issue, had a different A/C tech come down same day had my A/C up and running not an electrical issue, also the two items I was charged for I did not end up needing. Requested to speak with someone regarding this but never got a call back. A call back acknowledging my concern would have been helpful.

  If you’re looking for an HVAC company that doesn’t disappear the second the installation is finished, call Kendrick. Jordan has been fantastic to work with from start to finish. Not only was the installation professional and smooth, but he also helped us navigate permits, inspections, and all the questions that come with a new system. When my phone refused to cooperate with the thermostat app, he patiently worked through the issue with me instead of making me feel like I was asking silly questions. Wade in the office was equally wonderful, and every time I called, he was friendly, easy to talk to, and always made me feel like my questions and concerns were completely valid. The biggest surprise was learning that our new AC runs more efficiently than our old one. I was convinced something was wrong because it seemed to be turning on more often. Jordan took the time, more than once, to explain that the system was actually doing exactly what it was designed to do by maintaining a more consistent temperature with variable speeds. Between Jordan’s expertise, Wade’s excellent customer service, and the overall support we received throughout the entire process, Kendrick has earned my trust and my recommendation. It’s rare to find a company that makes you feel supported long after the check has cleared.

  Kendrick installed a new Bosch HVAC unit for my house in March along with all new ducting. Jordan, the owner, did the pre inspection and the estimate. He was courteous and friendly, and he thoroughly explained his estimate and answered my questions. I never felt pressured or rushed. I had two other estimates to consider, and Jordan’s was in the same ballpark price wise, but I felt a good vibe from him and as the owner of the company thought that would translate to the installers. It did; the installers, Jacob and Justin, were also very courteous and friendly. They communicated with us well and worked diligently over the course of three days to complete the work. I was impressed with their work and their work ethic. It’s been about 2 1/2 months since the install and the unit is working great for us. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Kendrick Heating and Air.
