  I received a phone call from our tenant that the air conditioner was not working. The forecast for today was for 95° in LOOMIS CA. I went online and asked AI what companies would be the best to contact and Kendrick was one of the two. Their work was exceptional, and I have no doubts that I will use them in the future when it comes to our rental. I too signed up for their yearly maintenance program.

  Kevin was so helpful and kind. He spent a lot of his day at our house fixing our AC, that we were told (by another company) was beyond repair. We’re so grateful to be able to hold off one more year on buying a new unit, and we’ll definitely be using Kendrick for that. They were quick to come out, honest and the best at what they do.

  Excellent service! Mike was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He took the time to explain the HVAC issue in detail and clearly walked me through the different options available to resolve it. I really appreciated his honesty, patience, and willingness to answer my questions without making me feel pressured. I had a great experience with this company and especially with Mike. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again for any future HVAC needs.

  Excellent experience from start to finish. The crew was respectful, wore booties, and kept the doors closed. It took just over half a day to replace my noisy builder grade unit with a whisper quiet Bosch. The sound difference is night and day because I can barely hear it running next to my bedroom.Their customer service is outstanding. Even after the install was fully paid for, they spent time helping me try to troubleshoot the Bosch app to pull power data. Their pricing is fair enough that I skipped getting other quotes, especially knowing they are an authorized Gold Dealer. Just be aware that because they do things strictly by the book, the price includes city permits which require a couple of follow up third party inspections. It is a slight hassle for scheduling and cleanup, but it is worth it for a job done right. They are honest, fast, and highly recommended.

  We couldn’t be happier with Kendrick Heating & Air. We considered several companies, including our longtime HVAC provider, before choosing Kendrick—and we’re very glad we did. Mike spent an hour and a half thoroughly inspecting our system before explaining his recommendations. Jakob and his crew then had both of our new heat pump systems installed and running perfectly in just two days. We’re amazed at how much more comfortable our house is now. Professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. Highly recommend Kendrick!
