Peter Talamoni serviced our air conditioning units today. Not only was Peter professional and thorough,
but he was patient and kind explaining to this old guy what his testing and findings were. So…after Peter went through all the testing numbers, i said I had no idea what all those numbers really mean. He smiled, then after we both laughed, he patted me on the shoulder and said: “those numbers mean everything is just fine”. Peter was great

Andrey presented himself in a true professional manner. He was cordial and got my confidence just by Answering the questions I ask him. He did all the maintenance that was required and didn’t take any shortcuts. Outstanding employee!
Andre serviced our heater and air conditioner today, and we were very pleased with the job he did. He was professional, courteous, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to inspect everything carefully, explain what he found, and make sure our system was working properly before he left. We really appreciated his thoroughness, attention to detail, and friendly attitude. It’s a comfort to have someone like Andre providing service—he did an excellent job, and we would gladly recommend him to others.

Brower technicians have been coming to my house twice a year to check the furnace before winter, A/C as we head to summer. Sometimes they gently suggest I spend another few hundred or thousand dollars on extra cleaning, sometimes not. Last summer the technician checked the A/C and pronounced everything fine (it was, and still is) but he didn’t check the furnace because this was the summer maintenance. The winter guy tutted at the age and decrepitude of my furnace (2008) but said it was okay so far. Travis came out for the summer check and also checked the furnace - cracks have appeared (as feared) in the heat exchanger. Day-yum. If the winter exam had waited until the weather turned cold, I could have been wafting CO through my house. So thank you Travis for doing that extra exam. I’d rather be alive and broke than the alternative.

The tech was a pleasant, engaging man. He could not pinpoint the problem as he said he did not know the Fukishima. He contacted several other techs and waited for 3 hours for a reply, with no reply, he then finally left with nothing done. We were told the office would contact us in the morning. I did not pay for the service call. Business seems disorganized.
Update: 2nd visit. Thomas was so thorough. He discovered several issues. Seems we need to have a valve replaced so a 3rd visit is needed. We are cool now and happy. Will wait to hear from the office for the future game plan.
