  Jeremy did our annual inspection on our 3 ac units today. He was knowledgeable, polite, professional and very thorough. Really appreciated his help and advice. No pressure to fix or replace anything, even though our units are 19 years old. So far, all is working. Thanks Jeremy for a great job.

  Jon called to let me know what time he would be arriving within my window. He showed up on time, checked my filter, and gave me some tips on how best to set my thermostat. He got to work with regular maintenance on my HVAC and then let me know what may need to be replaced next time around and offered estimate on price so I could prepare. He was professional and helpful. Highly recommend.

  Gabe is very friendly and spent quite a lot of time going over our system. However he needs schooling on how to go over pricing with seniors who are retired. Gabe kept throwing out possible costs for what may be wrong with our system. Since we paid $14,000 4 years ago hearing an amount of $4000. to repair this or that without knowing that that was the problem! It was overwhelming hearing these possible costs before he was sure he had found the problem. This morning my husband Ed found 3 charges for the repairs done yesterday instead of one charge that we knew about on our credit card. I’m sure this will be resolved but just another example of Gabe’s inexperience.

  Mark, with Brower Mechanical, was persistent with his testing on our HVAC issues, and explained each step with us. He spent extra time on problem-solving and recommending our next steps. He was pleasant and personable and had a great work ethic. We appreciated his efforts highly recommend him.

  Whatever you do- DO NOT contact this company if your project is urgent OR if you live in the foothills. Not quite sure why they refused to get back to me, but I'm not sure why anyone would want to do business with someone who ignores potential customers for any reason. Maverick is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and prompt. They went above and beyond for my project, God bless them! I'd still be waiting almost a month later if they weren't there for me. Brower, if you're too busy to take on new customers or not equipped to work in the foothills, please at least let people know you can't help them when they reach out to you.
