  6 month maintenance performed by a new technician. The technician appeared to do a good job testing our systems, but we were not pleased about his attempt to upsell "slow start" and "circuit breakers". The installers from the company you purchased installed the HVAC systems and we trust that if we needed those items they would have advised us. This is typical when a small family company is bought out by a large company.

  We got a tuneup for our HVAC system. The tech was really awesome. He showed us all of our problem areas around basically our entire house. I feel like we have a better understanding of things to look for. We will remember Brower when we have issues in the future. We actually won the services in a raffle so we did not pay but they offered a monthly maintenance plan that seems like a really great deal.

  The experience was cutting edge customer service. The Technician Mike Mathis did an exceptional job checking the Heat Pump and cleaning the unit internally so it looked almost brand new. First time it was ever done since I have owned the unit. He professionally explained what needed to be done and the reasons and showed pictures to confirm. Very detailed explanation. Will definitely request Mike for follow up work as well as my bi annual maintenance. Thank you Mike

  Brower lived up to the written policies and promises. They did a large replacement job with new high efficiency equipment, found and fixed the air leaks in our ducts, finished earlier that expected, cleaned up as if they were never here. Nice and friendly sales, support, job coordinators, and installation teams, that clearly were all on the same page, as our job was completed without a hitch. Hire Brower to be your Heating and cooling service, repair, and replacement contractor.

  I had Gabe from Brower Mechanical come out to my house today for routine service, and he was excellent. He was very thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done properly. Gabe is definitely an asset to the company, and I really appreciated the quality of his work. I also want to give a shout-out to Brower Mechanical as a whole. I originally had another HVAC company install my unit, and unfortunately, it was not installed correctly and I continued to have issues with it. I eventually called Brower Mechanical. While the repair was not inexpensive, they were able to fix the problems and finally get the system working the way it should. If you want the job done right and want a company that stands behind its work, I would highly recommend Brower Mechanical. Sometimes it’s worth paying more to have it done correctly the first time.
