  Marco was amazing. I had a big picture window problem, and even though Veracity, like all windows companies, wants to replace all your windows, he helped me with my picture window problem, saving me thousands of dollars. Not often you find a salesman who puts your problem ahead of theirs. Thank you Marco.

  We had an amazing experience with this window company. From start to finish, their customer service was top-notch — friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Our sales rep, Marco, did an outstanding job explaining everything to us and made sure we felt confident and informed throughout the whole process. The installation crew was quick, efficient, and did a fantastic job installing our new windows. Everything looks great, and they left the area clean when they were done. You can really tell they care about their work and their customers. Highly recommend them if you want quality service and a smooth, stress-free process!

  Veracity installed 9 Marvin Infinity windows and 3 patio doors in my house. Thoroughly impressed with their work. Exceeded all expectations. Mike Morris not only provided a competitive estimate but gave some uniquely insightful suggestions to provide a high end finishing touch to the project. Martha was very accommodating in scheduling the installation to my work schedule and Joey patiently guided the permitting process. The installation crew was clean, professional and thoroughly efficient. Chris, the supervisor, did not hesitate to satisfy all my minute concerns during the final walk through. Finally, I am assured that Marvin stands by their product with a lifetime warranty. Very satisfied. Highly recommend without hesitation.

  Anicasio and his crew were courteous and professional. Communication was great and work was performed cleanly and quickly. After closer inspection, several of the windows did not slide smoothly and there was a missing part (stop that keeps window latch from impacting frame when slid all the way open). Also, some of the frames were not caulked on all sides. They did return to fix the caulking and promised to return to take the other repairs. However, even after multiple reminders, they have never come to install the missing part or adjust the windows to operate smoothly. No response after multiple attempts. Revised review to 3 stars. The product is good, the install and customer care is sub-par.

  We met with sales rep Jim Weissmann and we are very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and keeping within our time budget allowed for his presentation. The product looks fabulous! We will be keeping Jim in mind when we make a decision about window replacement. This man knows the business and it was a pleasure to meet with Jim. Sometimes it is the salesperson even more than the product that makes the sale. We definitely place Jim in this category, for sure! The product is impressive too!
