- AMAmy Montes1 day ago5.0Bryan was dispatched to my home after my AC went out. Before he arrived I received a text with his name, picture and bio. He was very helpful in showing and explaining the issue with my ac unit. He and Kevin worked well together to give me clear costs and timeline for repair vs. installation of a new unit. They were both kind, professional, informative and helpful.
- RRRyan1 day ago5.0I had an excellent experience with RKM Heating and Air Conditioning, especially working with Anthony Lopez (also with Amy who helped me to schedule). Anthony was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly from start to finish. He took the time to explain the issue, clearly went over my options, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. I really appreciated the honest communication, quality of work, and attention to detail. It’s refreshing to have someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right and making sure the customer is satisfied. I would definitely recommend RKM Heating and Air Conditioning and Anthony Lopez to anyone looking for reliable, professional HVAC service. Excellent service all around!

- MAMichelle ASep 10, 20265.0Our AC broke during this insane heat wave but RKM Heating and Air saved the day. They provided same day service and were very communicative throughout the day from the minute we called. Our initial contact was Amy and she was very helpful and responsive and I appreciated the text updates. Corey was kind and effective- answered all our questions and got the job done. We didn’t get quotes from other companies because we were desperate, so I can’t say how their prices compare. What we paid was worth it though. Excellent service all around. Thank you!
