  We had a fantastic experience working with RDO for our construction equipment needs. Nathan and Corey were the sales representatives we worked with—Nathan specializes in Vermeer equipment, while Corey handles John Deere equipment. Both of them were extremely knowledgeable and helped us identify exactly what was needed for our operations. They put together excellent deals, great pricing, and a strong package that fit our needs perfectly. We also worked with Hugo, the Vermeer product specialist and boring machine trainer, who was outstanding in supporting us with training, equipment guidance, and all of our parts needs. The customer service from the entire team has been exceptional—friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. They treat you like a valued partner rather than just another customer. Even after the sale, their support has remained excellent. They are always available to assist with questions, diagnostics, training, and ongoing support whenever needed. Both of them are extremely knowledgeable and were very helpful in identifying exactly what we needed for our work. They offered us great deals, excellent discounts, and put together the best possible package. Their customer service is outstanding—always accessible, responsive, and genuinely friendly.   I needed help with a stripped screw on my lawn mower caberator, I went in to ask if they could help? The service desk gentleman went in the back, and a few minutes later! Here he comes with not just the stripped screw, but all screws loosened!! Lol, that sounds funny! But they helped this old lady out!! Thank you RDO!

  Best buying experience in particular my salesman was Cory super knowledgeable friendly guy they treat you like you’ve bought 50+machines with them. Literally 0 headaches when buying with RDO!
