  Lost air conditioning on a very hot day. Mark came the next day, diagnosed the problem and repaired it quickly.

  Max was highly professional. He takes the time to explain everything and is very knowledgeable in his line of work. I highly recommend him. He always makes sure the work is done right and that I understand everything before leaving the job. He is a great asset to Metz Air control. They are lucky to have him on staff.

  Mario and Nate did an awesome job with the installation on my new air conditioning system. They were right on time, friendly, very professional, answered all of my questions. The two of them worked very well as a team, and represented Metz Air Control in an extremely positive light. I will call on them again if I ever need HVAC assistance.

  My first time with Metzair was a great experience. I needed their help again and Chris saw the problem right away and was able to show and explain to me what the problems were. With Chris's help we were able to figure out the next steps and the easiest way financially to take care of it all. It is comforting to know that Metzair has your back and the problems will be taken care of smoothly. Thanks Chris for going the extra mile, you're an asset to your company!

  Really nice guys, they tried to help me out that said it was the motherboard and wanted to replace it, but couldn’t guarantee that was the issue. I paid them for the trip and I got a second opinion and the guys went up there and worked on it for about an hour and said there is some loose wires or something but now I’m all together up and running. Glad I didn’t spend money on the motherboard.
