She asked me what I wanted, looked at the layout of my house, and then suggested ideas. She listened to my thoughts and ideas. We then agreed to the shutter style and color. The order was put in and arrived ahead of schedule. The installation person Akira, was so professional and installed all the shutters within a few hours. I’m so happy with my plantation shutters! Highly recommend Designer 2.
