Renovating or building a house can be an overwhelming and costly experience, often testing one's patience and financial resources. However, the impact of this experience can vary significantly depending on the contractor you choose. Two years ago, I entrusted PCI Construction with the task of renovating an aging condo that was on the brink of collapse. In just two months, they transformed it into a beautiful, modern, and inviting space—all at a reasonable cost. Given my positive experience, I turned to them again for my recent new home project, and I have been met with nothing but professionalism and honesty. What could have been a stressful ordeal has instead become an invigorating journey that fills me with excitement and anticipation.

PCI renovated our apartment in Emeryville in July 2021. The team did a fantastic job turning a half-century old apartment into a new home with a clean, modern look. Hamid was easy to communicate with and delivered on all our expectations. He was very detail oriented and showed us many of his great ideas using a software-generated 3D model for no extra cost. It was a pleasure working him and his team and would recommend PCI to anyone looking for anything from small remodeling jobs to building a custom home.
