  While the news on my sewer line wasn’t great , the service sure was. Daniel’s knowledge and thoroughness was so appreciated when diagnosing the issue! He showed me everything he was seeing and patiently answered all my questions. In this day and age, trust and service are everything. Thank you 🙏

  Great communication. Ali was able to schedule the job sooner. Jay and Kevin provided excellent service on a recent plumbing job (for removing a stuck Moen cartridge). The quality of work was top-notch. They made sure everything was handled correctly. I really appreciate the hard work they put in—shoutout to Kevin for the extra effort and 'sweat equity' he poured into the project. I'm particularly pleased with the down to earth attitude. Kevin also recommended items that I should replace on my own. No overselling. Price is fair.

  The entire process was great, quick response and same day replacement service from Ali's scheduling. Alberto Cruz the onsite technician was excellent and explained everything along the way. He left the jobsite very clean and could not have been more professional. This is the second time we have had Bayshore Plumbers replace a water heater for us and we definitely would use them again.

  Really good experience with Bayshore Plumbers. Kevin and Jay came out to swap my garbage disposal and knew exactly what they were doing. They worked quick, explained things in a way that made sense, and didn’t try to upsell anything. Price was fair and everything works perfect now. They also had a great vibe, easy to talk to and professional. I’d call them again no question.

  Two highly skilled, personable, and hard-working young men, Jay and Kevin, showed up on time and ready to work. They listened carfully, examined faulty equipment and plumbing, and got to work making repairs. If they didn't have what was needed to complete the job, they went to Home Depot and got exactly what we needed after sending me photos and prices displayed on the shelves - no markups. They never tried to upsell me, were conservative in their recommendations, and their cost for labor was extremely reasonable considering they were there all day. They are very honest and trustworthy. This company is my go-to plumbing company from now on!
