  Sidewalk Repairs are the property owner's responsibility although it (the sidewalk) is the city's property. But in order to do any repairs, you must go through LADBS for a permit. Yes, you must pay for the privilege of repairing the sidewalk in front of your property. Anyway, enter STF Concrete, Inc. They are on the list of approved contractors from the city and personally, a great group to work with. JB took time to explain all of the steps, from pre-inspection to post inspection. It all went well! I highly recommend STF Concrete, Inc for your concrete needs- because if they navigate the city of LA requirements, surely they can manage the scope of any job is how I see it. Edit, what I was not warned of, was that they would cut through the pipes of the sprinkler system and NOT repair it. Had to find this out the hard way and get it repaired.

  I cannot speak more highly of JB and his crew at STF Concrete. We had a very complicated 135ft retaining wall and driveway that was collapsing that needed to be demolished and rebuilt. The STF crew are professionals in every way. Experts in the field who are responsive, responsible and trustworthy. We were blown away by their know-how, confidence, reliability, and efficiency. They finished a daunting job swiftly, showing up every day, even on weekends to get it all done. As an added bonus, they are kind, pleasant and respectful. I would recommend them over and over again- 10 stars!!

  STF Concrete just redid our driveway, walkway, and other concrete projects, and it looks awesome! JB and his team were super nice and definitely professionals all around. They listened to all our ideas and made our visions into reality. Our house looks so much better now and feels more like a home! JB and his crew worked efficiently and were very organized. They finished everything on schedule and did an overall amazing job. The whole process was really easy and not stressful at all. If you need any concrete work done, you should definitely go with STF Concrete! Thank you JB and Team!

  We had a great experience with STF. We had a tricky situation involving a tree root, city permits and an awkward angle on the ramp going down to the garage. We had two other companies try and failed, before STF came and sorted it all out. This was a huge relief as the other guys made our driveway worse not better. And the lower cars were not even able to drive down the ramp. Thanks again 🙏

  Very pleased with the professionalism and responsiveness from JB and his team. Our project, though relatively small, was a bit challenging navigating with the City due to all their permitting requirements but JB took the bull by the horns and handled everything seamlessly and on time. His communication skills were great, always checking in with me regarding timelines and updates. Best part was he is such a super nice guy and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend STF Concrete!
