  I’d describe YRHAC as the Nordstroms of the HVAC market with Nordstroms Rack pricing. From the initial call by an extremely polite and attentive receptionist/appointment setter, to the initial quote, YR has truly found a way to distinguish themselves. I acquired a hvac that was described as one of the top 5 worst ever seen by two separate technicians. Nick and later Greg came in with a fair diagnostic quote and work was performed on time and enthusiastically. Over the course of about three days (not non-stop obviously), my “blower thing, coil thing, and whatever other gobble hook things” were expertly removed, cleaned, tested, and reinstalled. I felt completely confident in Nicks, and later Adrian’s skillful work as they finished what was as I overheard as a “level 3” issue. 18 months zero financing and pricing that was within reasonable estimates of other bids but with a service package that helped me feel comfortable and hands off, I can’t praise YR enough. Hopefully I will only need them during my twice annual tune ups, but I’m sure if any issues arise, their reputation and service quality will push through any challenges. I wish I had the foresight to do a before and after, but a candid of Nicks tushy arms deep in whatever that thing is will have to suffice. Thanks all.

  Isaias is very knowledgeable, professional and an all around a great young man. He made feel at ease explaining the process and options. I totally recommended Isaias for heating and AC services. Rafael, the head honcho was also a pleasure, he was understanding of our financial issue and was able to work with us. Rafael not only cares about his clients, but his employees as well.

  Good experience. Their technician, Nicholas Forbes, came to service our ac unit today, and it was a hassle-free experience. The AC is running just fine now. During service, Nick explained his thoughts in real time, so I was looped in on the troubleshooting process. No surprises, no games played. Nick was very thorough at explaining what was wrong with the ac unit components and why he thought they needed replacement. My impression was this was a business of integrity. I learned later that this company’s leadership follows the Christian faith, which validated my impression.

  Year Round Air and Heating: Great company, great people, knowledgeable technicians with a passion to please their clients, each person we interfaced with was passionate to listen to our needs, (Nick, Abneil) with expertise guidance, informed us with visuals of the problem we weren’t aware of. Because they went through the system, we (they) found a greater potential for something worse to occur, advised us of condensation showing us of water leaking onto the floor, which made total sense of why I smelled mildew. The system we had with the purchase of the house, was failing quickly. After sitting with Abneil, he gave us peace of mind with his presentation of replacement systems especially with summer coming quickly, we made our selection which triggered the next step, the following day for Temo, and Gabriel our installation experts, with precision walked us through the process of installing the new system each step of the way so we were aware of everything happening along the way. After the installation, they taught us on how the new thermostat works. I would like to compliment this fantastic team for a job well done we’re greatly satisfied with their service and attention to details that anyone else would not consider, which speaks volumes for this company’s integrity, commitment, expertise, and passion for their customers and products, This is the best of the best ! The friendliness of the personal, to the respect of the clients home, entering the homes, they apply booties to make sure they didn’t track in things that the client wouldn’t be pleased with. They worked hard to complete the task, dedicating long hours to finishing and finishing on time as committed. Going forward, we will continue to work with Year Round to ensure our system continues to comfort our home. My compliments to the whole team, from the phone receptionist for scheduling our needs, to our advisors, technicians, installer, electricians, attention to details makes this company the Standard of Excellence for the air and heating industry.   I don’t leave many reviews, but once in a while you come across a company/employee that deserves a good review. Had a new A/C unit installed two years ago and today, Service Technician Julian Garcia came out to my residence for annual maintenance that’s provided by Year Round. Julian arrived on time and greated me at the front door. He was extremely professional and polite. He explained in detail what his plan was to make sure my two year old a/c unit operated at its full potential. After cleaning the outside unit, Julian put booties over his shoes and walked upstairs to the attic. He checked my furnace, air ducts and insulation. He even replaced the A/C filter and explained the correct way to install it. I’ve had some issues with the connection of Nest thermostat they installed with the new A/C unit to my cell phone app. Julian did his best to re-connect bro my phone, but the device wouldn’t connect. Juiian advised me that he would further look into this and get back to me with his findings. Once he was finished, he showed me (before/after) photos that he’d taken of the excellent work that he performed. Julian is an excellent example of an employee that Year Round Heating & A/C should be grateful to have. Sincerely, Scott L.
